Computer is fast and easy to setup, nice looking and compact. I will review again in a year after from today about the performance of this PC. Hope this PC is good for many years.

This my 2nd refurb done by Joy Systems. They did a great job. Initial startup and setup of the computer was simple. The PC is like its brand new. No outdated components. It has lots of USB ports and a CD/DVD drive, just in case.

I decided to go to a desktop, but did not want to give up Windows 10. I found this desktop here on Best Buy and after chatting with a rep went ahead and ordered it. It arrived pretty quickly and it was easy to setup. About a week and a half after I started using it I was having issues with the connection to my monitor, and then one morning it would not boot up. I contacted the company and they were great! They emailed me a shipping label and the day after they got it they shipped me a replacement. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and have had no issues what so ever. Great machine at a great price, and fantastic customer service!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this computer refurbished. it was everything it siad it was. everything worked. it was refurbished by joy systems. i gave the value 3 because i found them for after i ordered it. i think the spec were the same i could be wrong. however i bought a coumputer refurished i rember by who but it was sold by an even bigger store i wont name and the keyboard didnt work. i think it haas goood specs for the price.
