    We were hoping to use this as our kid's computer but we never even got the unit to boot up. When we tried to turn the unit on it just beeped over and over and flashed a red light. We assumed it was just a bad unit. We ended up returning 3 different units because all of them did the same thing. We finally gave up and just asked for a refund and bought something else. Do not recommend buying this product.

    Order this thinking this would an easy setup easy use computer.. I have gotten 2 of them and both were DOA... Boot them up and they just beep 4 times.....Not sure if its best buy or someone else "refurbishing" them but they are JUNK

    Upon unpacking and plugging in, only got repeating error beeping. No video. Even replaced RAM. Completely inoperative. Counting ordering, pickup, setup, returning, completely wasted four hours of my time.

    I can't believe it. This computer had one review. 1 star. The reviewer said it was dead on arrival. I thought, it's just one guy, got to be a fluke. WRONG! Mine was dead too. Nothing. I'm done with refurbs. Best Buy was good about the return though.
