This refurbished computer looked like new when it arrived, and it works flawlessly. The enclosed keyboard and mouse also work fine. They feel light and cheap, so they are definitely budget level, but they work fine. The computer is loaded with a fresh copy of Windows 10. When you first turn on the computer it walks you through setup just like on a new computer. The computer is plenty fast and powerful for basic use such as web browsing, watching videos, streaming and social media, email, and office apps such as Word or Excel. I have not tried it with with photo or video editing software, or other more processor-intensive tasks so I can't comment on that. All in all, I am super happy with this purchase and feel like it was a steal at the price it was listed at. Highly recommended for use as a basic home computer.

We bought this desktop because our old one had Windows 7 and was unable to update to Windows 10.Believe me I researched new towers and laptops. My husband told me to look at refurbished. I did my homework and it paid off with this gem. I am very happy it does what I need looks good and works with my printer. it also came with a new mouse and keyboard. It has only been 3 weeks but we have a happy household again!!

I mostly use this for work but it works great. It cannot connect to wifi so I did have to buy an adapter but it was only about $8. It is fast. Comes with a keyboard, which was helpful while my ergonomic one arrived. Overall great and I have recommended it to other friends who work from home.

THEY CALL IT REFURBISHED BUT IT LOOKS AND OPERATES LIKE NEW. MY OLD HP SLIM LINE WAS 10 YEARS OLD AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS 100 YEARS OLD. THIS HP ELITE IS SMALL LIKE THE SLIM LINE AND IS REALLY FAST. NO WAITING FOR DOWNLOADS. PLUS IT HAS THE DISK WRITER.

This refurbished Elitedesk was a great deal...but you get what you pay for. Upon inspection, the RAM sticks installed were a Samsung (which isn't necessarily bad) and a Micro-brand. It is a bad idea to use two different manufacturers. When I called the Joy Systems customer support, they assured me they would send a new matching pair. They sent me a matching pair of used Lenovo sticks IN THE SAME USED ANTI-STATIC BAG!!!! You could hear the chips were banging around into each other inside the box!!!!! Another issue is if you install a video card, the power supply fan will turn on full blast whenever you shutdown the PC...this is annoying and makes no sense since burning out your fan in a couple months while the power to the rest of the PC is off is idiotic. Setting the power management for hibernation and never shutting down the PC fixes the fan issue, but the bad hardware slapped into this off-lease or otherwise used PC just didn't sit well with me...especially when there are new comparable PC's for a couple hundred dollars more.

I had refurbished computer before and bought it in 2011. It still works great but it's not as fast anymore. I am happy with my Elite computer. It has everything I need plus more. Thanks best buy, I'm happier than ever.

This refurbished HP works good, however it is very NOISY. Contacted the distributor and was told that because it was an older model that it has to work harder to handle the newer programs, thus causing the hard drive to be very nosiy. Well it is working fine other than the noise.

The case looks old and dated, but the system runs Windows 10 very well. No complaints at all. One thing I want to mention is the case is more of a traditional desktop case than a tower, even though you can stand it on its side, as shown in the product photo.

The computer is working great! I am impressed with the quality of this desktop and for its price it is amazing. Great gaming computer too.

Bought this refurbished PC brought it home; would not even power up. Push the power button light would show; let go and nothing no lights power or anything. Had to ship it out to the Refurbish Company same day I brought it home. Now they fixed it and I am using it and it appears to be fine and am happy now. Just a little disheartening to bring it out of the box; to not even be able to power up; no way was this refurb tested, not possible. They just threw parts together and supposed it would work. Have had it up and running now for 2 weeks seems fine; works great; but then again, you know how these purchases go, don't bring it back to the store; contact support.

Time to update my old desktop. I used mainly Microsoft and Adobe. I find this desktop has a good price and pretty good for my need. I am happy with this purchase.

Been using this computer, for say 2 weeks now. I'm sure there must be a bunch of things I can do with this, but I'm 70, and not that great with computers. I do have everything I need, and can get in and out without any problems. Started and ran as new, no issues.

Arrived well packaged with no damage. All components were as listed. As to be expected with the small size of the computer, there is no room for expansion in the case. My only complaint is that the hard drive is very loud.

So far so good ! Never had a desktop that runs so well ! It arrived before said time, easy set up. Works great !

I can't believe this computer was refurbished, my family love it. We haven't had any problems with it. It's just like new.

So far, I’m enjoying my new computer. My only complaint is that it’s a little too loud. Especially when you have multiple things running. Other than that, it’s a nice computer for personal use. Oh. I also have to press ALT-CLT-DLT every time I turn it on in order for it to fully load. I have no idea why but it works fine afterwards.

Using at a Web Server and it works great. Yes it can is all I can say. Thinking about another one for work station as it has great speed and cheap enough for a great workstation. You can even add a low profile graphics card if needed.

Honestly, I had.my doubts, but the tower works very well, easy to set up, easy to use, adaptable to any space, I love it
