Q: Is there any kind of software on the refurbished units?
A: Mine came loaded with only Windows 10. Thankfully it was not loaded with any useless bloatware.
Q: Will it be able to run Windows 11
A: No it will not support that...
Q: can this run iracing at medium settings?
A: This is using Intel 4600 video. Would I use for gaming....no! Look at something that you can add a video card into.
A: I did a live chat today (8/30/20) to double check some things. The agent said that it is not Wi-Fi enabled but we could add a USB device to make it so. It has a 1 year warranty. You can take it back to Best Buy, under warranty, to let them deal with warranty issues. It does have a DVD/CD Reader and Writer.
