My husband and I are home cooks and a lot of times we cater. This is awesome because we bought sticker paper so we get to label our to go boxes with our logo before giving it to our customers.

Geek Squad protection on electronics is a must! The price makes sense and if you have any issues the team is a huge resource.

New this printer sells for $100, so at $50 for the refurbished I think its a steal. Comes with ink too which is a plus.

Printer was damaged when arrived, was Unable to set up. Printer Had an error message, it had a paper jam error

Easy to set up. Easy to use wifi to print at home or away. Still using it after several years.

It lasted 16 months. The warranty was for one year. There was a paper jam, which I cleared. Later I followed HPs online advice, which ended up as "send for service." That would no doubt cost as much as it is worth. My next printer will not be HP.

I had an HP Office jet previously until it broke. I tried very hard to fix it because I had just purchased and opened xl size ink cartridges (very expensive). I purchased this new printer because it was a great deal but I regret it big time. The ink smears when trying to highlight or even by touching it. I was on the phone with HP who replaced the ink cartdridge to no success. They then sent me a newly “refurbished” printer. This did not fix the smear either. I have called them two nights In a row and each time I am unable to talk to any kind of human being. I was on the phone on hold for one hour last night and got automatically disconnected after one hour and then again same thing happened to me tonight. So now I have experienced about five hours of my time trying to fix a cheap printer and have grown frustrated because HP does not offer any kind of customer service. By the way, I purchased my printer only two months ago. What is a person to do? I’ve been thrown into a black hole that I cannot do anything about because HP will not answer their phones. I will never purchase another HP product again.

I do not recommend. When it WAS working correctly, I would have to clean the cartridges/print alignment pages often enough that at one point I was saying to myself, "really? It's only been a week or two". But the final nail in the coffin was the ink cartridges finally kicking the bucket despite not being empty, with the ink not coming out correctly. HP support said it could be the printer itself, but of course the warranty expired not but two weeks ago. I looked online and others who had similar issues recommended taking a wet wipe to the contact area of the cartridges to get the ink flowing again (my theory is that they simply dried up because they're poorly made), but this did not effectively solve the issue. HP Support tried to get me a "deal" on a different refurbished model, and then with a discount on ink if I wanted to keep this printer, but I was just tired of dealing with this stuff. Would have appreciated a goodwill gesture of replacement ink cartridges instead, but I guess that's too much to ask from HP. Not the first HP printer I've used, but probably the last.

The worst printer I've ever owned. It printed streaky about 20 pages in. Ran out of ink fast on the original cartridge. Replaced the cartridges, went through the cleaning process, shook the cartridges prior to installation. Still the streaks remain. Not only streaky but blurry, faded prints. This is just 4 months of owning it. This is the last HP printer I'll ever buy. The previous ones I've owned all had issues. Buy brother instead.

I bought this printer a year ago or so. It broke down immediately. Keeping it for scanning purposes only.
