    This printer has good quality, but for some reason it won't hold a connection with my wife's laptop. In order for her to print, she has to recycle the power on the printer for it to work.

    At the beginning i thought it didn't work because of all the noise, it turns out it does work, really good actually, but it makes a horrible and very loud sound

    I have a very similar model and I suggested my dad get a refurbished model to save money. Doesn't work nearly as good as the one i got new

    Great little printer. Perfect for my home office. Printer was easy to set up and connect to my laptop and phone. I have not encountered any issues with the printer. So far the printer has worked just as needed.

    Even though it came with the wrong cartridges Best Buy made it right and sent me the correct ones at no charge. Printer doesn’t take up much space and works as it should.

    Product was delivered promptly. Set up took less than 10 minutes. Came with a regular size ink tanks. Very pleased with the whole experience.

    This printer replaced a Brothers. Best move I could of made The Brothers ink cartridges are expensive and seem dry up with little on no use

    Item wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi and kept printing a pink coating. Also it kept saying it was full of ink but then the paper would come out with giant gray text. Had to return it.

    I purchased this item refurbished. I realize it isn't new, but it should at least work. It skips lines when printing. Random areas are missing from each page printed.
