    Having trouble starting it once it goes into "sleep mode" tried hard reset still having the problem. Having trouble getting a hold of customer service.

    When it got delivered I first notice, it wasnt in its original box. Then when i opened it it was packed up, usually how printers are with the foam protectors that go on each side. I keep on trying to print from my phone and tablet but it doesnt connect. I have printed plenty of reports and they all they the internet is connected but for some reason it's not connecting to my devices. I'm very disapointed.

    Maybe it is my fault for purchasing a refurbished printer but if I'm going to receive a printer with no cord to attach to my computer then I kind of expect the wireless printing to work at least 50% of the time instead of like 10 percent of the time. It should not take one hour of back and forth to print one page.

    Arrived broken, bought online as a guest and there is no way to return it, help phone line was not answered, online chat just referred me back to the FAQ page. Not worth the time to try and return at a store... That said this is the first bad experience I have had with Best Buy.

    No real directions were included. Had to google them. Could not get it to print. Tried calling Best Buy for help or return, bye due to covid19 it wasn’t possible. So basically a waste of $50 for me.
