    I returned that product as it did not print fully. Your Germantown, Wisc store was great as the next day all the $ was returned , I’m very happy with them

    I don't have one can't use the printer no cord so I think that is poor customer service

    Doesnt work with wi fi ot internet connection. I have to use a usb cable.

    The printer looks fine, no scratches and almost like new. The issue is with the cartridges. These are HP 63 (The one which came with the printer) but the printer supports HP 62. I realized this later when it is giving errors of replacing the cartridges and not proceeding further in the installation process. Poor service by BestBuy and HP
