I was searching for a good reliable printer after several disappointing ones that failed my expectations. I originally tried a rehab model of the HP M277 failed I returned it to Best Bye Store and they traded the bad one for a new one with extra cost to me. This model has worked great for me and is what I needed to do my work.

This printer seems to be a good printer but every time i print something it keeps saying paper jam and even opening the tray there is not a single paper there

Toner is less expensive than my last printer but it is slower than I expected. Instruction manual is not very instructive

Exactly what I needed. Uses inexpensive per-page cartridges, still using my starter set, every function is easy to use and it is a great addition to my arsenal. Love it!

We have a small company, and we are using this as the Office printer, Copier and Scanner. Works great, easy to use and easy to setup.

Nice All-in-One. Crisp printing. I like the duplex function. Being able to print on both sides keeps waste to a minimum. The scanner and copy functions work well. The one negative is that I had hoped to print pictures as well. The feeder tray doesn't recognize the 4x6 size. It being a refurb the price was right.

HP does not recognize their own laser toner when they refurbished the printer themselves. They do not return customer reviews and questions about being unable to contact or talk to someone who can help. Best Buy employees are friendly very helpful but are not able to fix the problems nor find out why HP does not take care of all problems resulting from refurbishing. The printer itself prints, but HP does not. HP does not recognize my printer or the assignment/authentication of the toners they themselves sent with the refurbished product. This has been a real fiasco! I returned the original HP printer because it was defective and I paid for a warranty (good move). When the replacement came, I had to buy another warranty. Now they tell me if above problems "bother" me and I am unable to contact anyone to see how to correct it/them with HP online and it "bother" me, I can return it and select another printer and of course would have to purchase another warranty for it. If so, I will have nearly $100 in warranty protection and still seem to have no protection, problems with customer service: (answers) (warranty paying, and paying with Best Buy who seem to make the bulk of their money with warranty protection. Yes their warranty is protection but the customer is NOT. It's all about money, not customer service, not replacing items that with actually good products. It seems like HP and Best Buy get a customer in a loop of paying and paying for warranties because they have CUSTOMER NO SERVICE with HP or Best Buy.

This refurb printer was in mint condition, it arrived in HP packaging with no defects/damage. The model itself seems to have great toner usage/little waste.

There was an ussue with the first one if these I bought. returned it and the new 'refurbished one is working great so far.

I bought a refurbished model at a great price. Install with Windows 10 is tricky but finally got it working and it works well.

I may nIt have the correct printer driver installed but it takes alon time to print a multilayered PDF file

my son and my daughter really likes this printer and the colors are great

I am very happy with this purchase and wish I would have gotten one sooner.

Works great so far but I still need to get my wifi config setup properly.
