Works good but nothing special. The paper tray is pretty small, only enough for a few good size print jobs.

Bought new PC, installed new MS software. Bought this printer, followed instructions, installed HP software & connected printer. PC cannot connect to it. Will not print from MS Word will not print from Acrobat, will not print from gmail. Only "help' or 'support' is a list of FAQs, followed with a 'did this help' buttons. Waste of moolah, and wasted lots of time fooling with the fool thing.

Crashing and connectivity issues abound

I bought this printer because I needed a decent color laser with a fax machine and I thought that this one fit the bill. The output is decent, though it is not anywhere near a fast printer. The biggest problem that I have with it is that it rarely prints without some sort of issue. Sometimes the wireless has a problem connecting and I'll have to go into the office and restart it. More often, however, it just crashes and reboots when something is sent to it. This happens more often if it has been sitting for a while without being used. More than likely, it has a memory leak that is causing it to crash, but there has only been one update for it, and that was sometime at the beginning of the year. I think that this printer has been replaced by another model and that I've seen the end of updates for it.
Based on reviews, it is difficult to get a good printer. I did a lot of research on printers before buying this, and they all seem to have some pretty bad issues. I guess that this printer's issues are crashing and inability to stay connected to a good router.
