Had to return and exchange for a new one

I was very excited to receive the printer in the mail. The next day I hooked it up and found out it didn't print correctly. I took the refurbished printer to Best Buy and the Geek Squad recommended I exchange it for a new printer as they weren't able to repair it. I was very disappointed with this refurbished printer as it was advertised as being "brand new" and working well. I do like HP otherwise so I purchased the same printer but this time brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
