This seems like a goodbye but I was wrong. I ended up returning it. There was a screw loose inside the case as well as a broken bracket piece. When I got it home and tried to set it I thought it was going to be OK but then I tried to turn it on the second time and got the blue screen of death. I tried a couple methods of Recovery to no avail. I returned it. Worst ever Best Buy experience. I wish I could put zeros in the star category.

I'd been running a mid-aughts 6 GB Gateway with Windows 10, and I couldn't stand the buginess anymore. This thing is awesome for the money -- software loads fast, can have multiple programs/browser tabs open at once and everything runs smoothly, I can't speak to photoediting or gaming, but for general office-type duties this thing is great, especially for the price! A couple of things to be aware of: 1. Take notice of the console's dimensions. It is HUGE. 2. The CPU was remarkably well-packaged for a refurbish, and included a power supply, keyboard and mouse. More than I expected, but do note that the keyboard and mouse are rather (uh, extremely) flimsy -- so much so that the manufacturer didn't bother to put a brand or logo on them, opting instead for simply stamping "Made in China" on the bottom. Cliche, I know. But, with the great price on this thing, you can spring for some decent components to go with her.

I waited to write this review until I had used this a while. Purchased this HP - Refurbished ProDesk Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 2TB HDD in Jan 2021, so I have used this for over a year and (surprisingly, with all the extra stuff that gets downloaded, cookies and well over 10k photos & videos), this is still running just as fast as the day we got it! Have not had any issues with internet connection, operating, or speed... With the 16GB memory and the 2TB Drive, it has proven to be a pretty stable little workhorse. It's not too big, not too small. The price was a great deal, and although, at first, I was skeptical to buy a refurbished, but not anymore! I would definitely buy again. (just wish we could find a laptop with the same reliability, memory, speed and storage capacity for even close to the great deal we got on this!

I didn't really need a business computer, but it was cheaper refurbished than to order a new home computer. If you use a TV as a monitor, you'll need a cord that converts the video/audio port to hdmi and you'll need a wifi antenna. Other than that it's working really well.

died fast wouldn’t recommend. just save up for a better pc

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect from a refurbished desktop but I am extremely impressed with its performance! I am using it as a gaming computer because it is about $500 cheaper than any new computer with the same skeps. Highly Recommend!!

Does the job and is Great for home use. It's fast and has no problems whatsoever. Only negative is not windows 11 compatable.

I have never purchased a refurbished desktop before and was worried it wouldn't work well. But I was pleasantly surprised, it works great and have had no issues with it.

I enjoyed installing the tower and having lots of storage space for all of my files. It has plenty of USB slots for peripheral equipment and the design fits in with my other equipment.

Product is exactly as advertised. Delivery was flawless and fast. Keyboard came damaged and was replaced immediately.

I work from home and this computer is perfect. I was able to get it up and running with no problems.
