Wound up with black screen because Best Buy installs their choice of security software without permission on top of existing software already installed on computer. Had to return computer for another. Local store manager in Garner, NC refused to be of assistance abd was very mean. I will not recommend the store, only the product.

Great desktop

I bought this for my grandmother who just plays games and reads emails from family so this is the perfect desktop for someone who doesn't need more than 4gb of memory
