Great price for the value. It serves well for my mother-in-law who watches Netflix streaming alot, prints fliers and web surfs. Good storage and small footprint. It didn't come with speakers but she had some from the previous desktop.

Right now I am so irritated that I want to give this 0 stars, but until this week, I actually really was pleased with this system. But, less than 2 months after I purchased this computer, I have had to force shut it down several times because it froze up, and now, the dumb thing won't do anything. It was running slow the other day, so I shut it down to restart and it never started back up. All I can get is error codes and see "some website.com" I did that (fortunately I have another computer to access it) and tried the fixes they suggest, and of course, they FAILED. I am so upset right now. My husband told me to stick with Dell, but I tried HP because of the price. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Some people have said that maybe it is Windows 10, but if it completely disabled my computer, I feel like something has to be wrong with the actual hard drive..not just the system it's running. I could be wrong, but I am so irritated right now, I don't care. I bought a new computer hoping for no problems, and that is all I have had for the last 2 weeks.

I did not go into Best Buy for this specific machine, but the associate helped me compare specs and I found it the best in this price range. Easy to set up and works great!

this is a better computer than I expected for the price. The only problem was that no usb cable was included with it.Otherwise the setup and installation was really easy.Also downloading and installing the windows 10 software was really easy.I did not need the hp support except to register the computer. I am really enjoying it.

I needed to replace an old desktop and was looking for something very reasonable in price yet able to do most of the basic things quickly. This machine works efficiently and was well worth the money.

This PC is perfect for storing anything from videos to photos to movies with it's 1TB hard drive. And it offers a windows 10 upgrade to keep you updated on all your programs. It also comes with wifi so if you are not close to your router to connect with an Ethernet cord you can connect wirelessly.

Purchased this computer for light business work. Works great for what we need and doesn't take up much space.

Desktop functioning very well with Windows 10, had a few problems with "Geek Squad" setting up my machine, which I paid to have them do. The H/P machine is working very well as is Windows 10.

I like the computer but it could be a lot better. Sometimes the keyboard freezes without warning and I have to literally plug the PC out from the back to get it to work again.

This has been a good pc for what I need. Mostly basic tasks. I do little gaming and it's more than adequate for what I need. The smaller tower fits on my desk easily.

I needed a computer tower that was somewhat small in size and was capable of performing tasks that involved usual home activities, such as using excel, internet and mail. This was exactly perfect for my needs at a price that was very fair.

I guess we should have looked a little closer but it has no card reader and isn't as good with graphics as we were told. It is ok but I expected better.

Bought this PC for a middle schooler for work and play. Student is very happy with it. It is plenty quick enough and has surprised us with it's abilities so far. Came with WIndows 8.1 but it has already flagged us for the Win 10 upgrade.

I purchased this desktop for my kids to do their online homework. I've had it about a month and it hasn't given me any problems. The price was right.

perfect for my son for his assignments. not so expensive for its 1 TB hard drive memory. it is compact.
