I'm very happy with this computer. It's perfect for my needs. I just upgraded to Windows 10, which went smoothly. It's quite an upgrade from my old Windows XP machine.

Needed economical replacement with lots of USB ports, this PC was open box and a good value.

I bought this for my parents for Christmas, along with a 2-year Geek Squad service plan. They are thrilled. Geek Squad got them all set up, and they are quite pleased with the smaller size of the new tower.

What I like most about this computer is its diminutive size. It has been easy to transfer data from my old computer and I was back in the business of writing and researching with minimal learning curve.

I Intended to update my computer and to have it debugged. After pricing and looking at new 'puters it was obvious my box was older than I remembered. so I went with a new version, brought it home and began what turned out to be an initiation much longer than I anticipated. After all, after using these marvels for at least 15 years, how hard could it be? So several false starts later, I realized technology had left me in the dust. It was frustrating! but, visiting my favorite store twice, I finally got the hang of the basics and off we went, Hubby and I. Now, I am much more familiar with it and am happy I updated! And, it has a much smaller footprint than any past iterations.

I am tally blind and am very dependent on my computer. Thank you, Bestbuy, this is a bestbuy. I will recommend it any time. It is a faster typer than i am and i type over 100 words a minute.

Had to have set up for me. Very easy to use for my first computer at home.

The first computer had a "corrupted file", wouldn't work so Geek Squad replaced it with a Dell. We asked for Kaspersky but just found it was not installed, but McKafee (?) was. We were also charged for a backup when we received the second computer, even though we had the disc from the earlier backup--with computer 1. Not our best experience with Best Buy and the Geeks.

Good for school, business, research, and games. Kids can do research for school. Windows 10 is easy to navigate.

Nice small and inexpensive computer. Its not a powerhouse, but gets the job done if your looking for a backup.

I Love the slimline desktop model. It's very easy to set up, the keyboard and mouse should have been wireless.

Does what you need it to do for the price you pay. Not to basic and not to extreme. Overall a good computer.

Bought this for my office. Don't need for graphics just basic internet services. It work fast and efficient.

A nice unit at a great price. I added Microsoft office to it, and have a great inexpensive desktop home office workhorse. Upgraded to Windows 10 for me by best buys at no charge.
