    Set up was a challenge but I chalk that up to not having up to date tech skills and vocabulary rather than any fault with the product or company. The printer has been a tremendous help as we get settled in Mesquite. I’ve been able to print things to make getting a NV license easier as well as info for our health care providers. Best purchase in years (if you don’t count my new MacBook)!

    To begin this gave problems connecting to WiFi so had to use usb setup instead. I wish it was more plug and play, had to reboot printer a couple times during installation. I assumed this was because it was located in weak WiFi range. Yes I followed the instructions.
