Trying to print pictures and every 5 pictures it completely ruins my photos with a bunch of colors and black marks. It also is entirely impossible to try to connect anything other than your mobile device through the app.

Garbage

Multiple reconnection attempts of unplugging and replugging in may allow for a print. I should have not bought it. Called support and it didn't permanently resolve problems.

I don’t use a printer very often and when I do it’s from my phone. Every time I went to use it I had to call tech support and they couldn’t fix it.

Geek Squad Guy said printer was a lemon

I waited a week for the installment appointments, with the rain, and being so busy, I didn’t have time to return. This is the second product I buy from Best Buy that is defective. I’ve only ever made 2 purchases … so this is telling. The other was a refrigerator I bought. Exactly a year later it broke. It spoiled $150 worth of food— which I later learned I could’ve been reimbursed for. No one in customer service let me know that. The guy who tried to install the printer told me. I’m very disappointed with Best Buy and the products they sell.

Came for the ink but had to return to give it back

The printer kept disconnecting from the Wifi network and showing a printer overload error that the files we were trying to print were too large (which they weren't). It's also slow.
