OMG THIS PRINTER! OK so I picked this up from Best Buy in October 2020 - almost TWO years ago! I finally had to write something. I am just amazing. The print quality of this printer, especially on borderless 8.5x11 photo prints when used with HP photo paper, is astounding. BUT - the most AMAZING thing about this printer - here it is almost two years later, I have 1/2 tank of black ink still, and over 3/4 of each color still in the tanks... and this is the ink that came with this!!! And I print quite a lot - I work from home as an IT pro, and I am always printing both black and white and color. I cannot believe this printer and how much it has saved me in ink! WOW. I had to write - with nothing but good things to say! Thanks! - Mike

Very god system and easy to set up and operate. Since I have been suing now for some time, I see the amount of printing that is possible with one cartridge and ink fill. Very pleased with the capacity. Have had no trouble with machine. Very happy with purchase.

Setup was fairly easy until we tried to pull up the paper backrest. It just wouldn't come up and we ended up with a paper jam. We took it back to Best Buy. A Geek Squad member immediately helped us. It was very difficult to raise the paper backrest. He also cleared the paper jam. Without that help we would have returned the printer. It works fine now.

This is a good printer, and after it is set up correctly is easy to use. Set up is not a piece of cake. Additionally, one of the ink bottles would not fill its tank until I did surgery on the film covering the ink opening, and the printer head sometimes does not communicate with the printer until you turn the printer off, and then back on.

Love this printer!! The ink last for so long. I e purchased the end of August and still have 80% left in each tank. We use this printer for school, work and personal use. Easy set up and everyone can print whether on WiFi or not!!!

The printer was easy to set up and to fill the ink. It prints quickly. The HP app is great. I’m able to print from and scan directly to my phone. There’s even a fax option in the app. No more wasted ink cartridges.

Generally satisfied except would prefer to be able to load more paper instead of only 30 or so sheets. Also would like an automatic feeder for the copier portion. And it is rather slow. I like the ease of maintaining the ink rather than messy toner and the copy/print quality is good. Also the scanner works well and is easy to use.

So far, so good. I love the ink supply, and how easy it is to fill, set up was easy, printing is clear. I wish that it wasn't as expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Can't complain!

This was a pain to refill although it was cheaper to use.

I’ve had many All in one printers over the years for home office and personal use. This is the best of the bunch. Easy installation, easy to use, outstanding clarity of prints, and excellent value to boot.

I really like this printer/scanner. It was easy to set up. Especially like the individual bottles to fill the ink wells. Was a little worried about ink dripping while filling the tanks, but the bottles have a little rubber gasket that the mouth of the tank goes into. No drips! Easy to fill. Really nice feature. The printer and scanner do a great job, quick and quiet. The only con, was it was a little tricky figuring out how to get the app to work with my computer, but worked great with my iOS phone right away. Would definately recommend this printer.

It works very well, the images you print are perfect and what I like is that you don't have to change the ink cartridge, you just have to refill the deposits

Great all in one printer. Only thing that is not my fave is the scanning. Can only do a page at a time. Otherwise it’s a great purchase for the money. Using for my home office. Scanning quality could be a little better for this price as well.

I like the bottled ink and the tanks on the computer as you can see actual levels. It is easy to setup and performs all the wireless functions of larger printers.

After years of suffering with a crappy other brand, which rhymes with Epson, ha, this printer is a revelation. Easy to fill with ink, easy to see just how much ink is left, easy to print from your phone, from your computer and even remotely. Everything that was missing from that piece-o-junk we used to have is built into this and it simply works! Set up took about 15 minutes total to get the ink filled, the app downloaded and set up, and the drivers for the laptops installed. Until printed pages just magically appear, make mine HP!

This is a great printer. I am still new to it and I have to learn some of the features. I am still trying to see if I can scan more than one page at a time. I love that it is self inking and the colors look great on one of my watercolors I copied.

The print quality is top notch and it scans well. The tank ink will save me money that is all the good, The bad is it suddenly stopped printing with no software changes and same type of documents from the same source it was printing before. This problem was solved by HP but it was annoying and time consuming and caused me to have to work well into the night to make up for the down time. As far as scanning at first it worked with Irfan View but then suddenly stopped. They could provide no solution for this problem other than using the HP app for scanning. This app is not user friendly. The cropping process is cumbersome, time consuming does not automatically create straight edges.

Excellent printer!! This comes with 4 bottles of ink that you turn upside down and press down onto secure filling nozzles that fill the tanks you can easily and prominently see on the front of the printer. This is not the fastest printer but I love how much ink it comes with. We’ll see long it actually lasts me but I can see this lasting a LONG time (2 years?) and by then I’ll probably be ready to upgrade anyways. But the refill ink bottles seem to be MUCH cheaper since the print heads are completely separate from the ink tanks now, which I also love!!

HAD A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE SIGNING TO THE INTERNET. FIRST TIME WE USED THE PRINTER TO MAKE A TEST PRINT WE HAD A PAPER JAM AND NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLEAR. LIKE THE SMART TANK FEATURE AND BEING ABLE TO PRINT FROM CELL PHONE.

bought cause I wanted printer that stores lots of ink.This printer says ink will last 2 years-we will see but it prints so clearly and so easy to use
