Great computer, poor durability

My screen cracked from bumping into the wall of the subway, which seems ordinary enough; but the computer was shut, in its case, inside my backpack! That's what I get for not purchasing accident protection I guess.

At first i was thinking about the Toshiba Fusion however after talking with saleguy in Best buy I chose the HP spectre thinest one. It is so amazing. Fast and easy to use. Love it.

It had all the features I wanted, along with its elegant looks . It really is a unique ,laptop, sleek, and lightweight body. HP did it. I am sold. It is very easy to set up. No problems what so ever. The packing was excellent. And I received it real quickly.

Great pc- fast, light & great graphics.

He says that whether he is playing games, watching movies, or crunching data in office and other apps, it works great! He also says it is very sleek and he gets lots of compliments on it all of the time.

Needed a spare cord for my HP Spectre

They were so easy to set up and navigate. I take my Spectre to work everyday. The plug weighed more than the computer, so bought a spare to keep at office. Your staff was very helpful in all my purchases.

It's a great ultraportable laptop

The only negative I have is my screen just cracked today and I honestly have no idea how it happened. Very happy with this purchase in the end.

I wanted a light weight computer to travel with but I got a great looking computer to boot. (Bad pun) If you want a touch screen you are going to have to get a heavier version but this one is computer bag friendly and light.

Easy to use with long-lasting battery life. Does run hot when not used on flat surface, fan is rather loud but does not change my mind about product.

Wonderful laptop - BUT!

The computer is wonderful and very user friendly (it can get hot on the bottom) The big BUT is what's up with the huge clunky charger!! Apple and Asus managed to make petite 45 watt chargers - not HP. To add insult to injury to purported USB C "universal" charger won't work with any other chargers and HP doesn't offer a compact charger. This issue was so bad that I ended up doing surgery on the power cord to get rid of some of the bulk
