Love the style, feel, and performance of this laptop. However when I got it I needed to execute a lot of updates which resulted in an operating system crash and I had to have it repaired.

Overall the Spectre is great. There are a few problems I've had to call for help. Some I wondered what I did to cause a problem, and after speaking with a representative from HP, I find that it is not me causing some of the glitches.

great for my student getting her Master's degree. No issues, booted up and updated on it's own, properly and has had no issues so far.

Love the laptop so far I have no complaints beside the fingerprint bottom don’t work to unlock computer when I use it it declines my fingerprint and makes me so the password

Loving everything so far. The touch screen is very responsive and clear. The pen is a little flimsy but still works just great.

The sales person ( Jazz ) listened to everything that I told him about what I wanted and what I needed. I am extremely happy with the experience and my purchase.

It’s been a great laptop so far I just wish it was lighter it’s a little too heavy for me.

I really enjoy this laptop. It is well designed, great finish and great design. Plenty powerful for older games. The pen is nice and works well. Like I said great laptop.

I had a bit of a time getting it set up. The icons on the desktop were all messed up but I figured it out. I like the laptop. It works well for me!

THIS is a good laptop, love its size. it is my first laptop so taking a little time to learn to type on it, I can take it anywhere i choose to take it. Love that!

Love this line of laptops because of their power and construction. Solid SSD disk space, and with an aluminum case makes these awesome!

Very nice machine. Fast, with a large screen and full sized keyboard. I like so much I'm getting one just like it for my wife.

This laptop is sleek and has much functionality. It does not feel fragile. I went with the larger size, which was a great decision.

Great laptop - got water damage. Thank god for device protection. If junk out, I would get the exact same computer.

Love the lightness in weight, screen is awesome in color and clarity, and always have used HP products and love them.

Love this computer but its overwhelming for this Grandmother to learn how to use. I wish there were classes you can take to learn all the benefits & how to apply them.

The size was little too big for my liking, but i should have expected that. But the performance of the laptop is superb.
