A: The HP Spectre 16 inch x360 has an 83,000 watt battery. So anyone who states that it gets 4 hours does not know what they are talking about or purposely drained the battery as quickly as possible by having screen brightness at or near 100%, power mode on best performance, and running very demanding tasks. This laptop is Evol certified which means it last at least 9 hours using Intel's standardized battery test. The 3 internet reviews I read that used a standardized battery test or video playback test (as opposed to the reviewer's "typical usage") reported between 11 and 9 hours.

Q: is the fan loud and annoying like the previous HP Models?
A: I cannot believe how incredibly quiet the dual fans are on this new 16 Spectre x360. Sometimes I have to raise the laptop bottom close to my ear to check if the fans are on. HP really did an outstanding job on this model. The bottom of the laptop remains cool to the touch as well. Battery life is more than 10 hours of usage for me, performing email and YouTube videos.

A: No No No! The answer by HP Team is not correct. Does nobody from Best Buy moderate these answers? Wrong answers cause confusion. This screen is not OLED. A: Intel and HP suggests contacting Best Buy for expected dates. Please do not waste your time. The release date was supposed to be October 5 to coincide with the Windows 11 launch. There are supply-chain constraints (HP - Nasdaq 3rd quarter report). My only suggestion would be to go to the Best Buy app: search HP x360 16 click on this model you want then at the bottom "save for later." You will receive a notification of availability.
