I recently purchased this computer and am very satisfied thus far. It is essentially the PC version of an Air

So far I have use this laptop for about 2 weeks. So far is a hood laptop, the speakers are pretty loud. The performance is good and the scrren looks when viewing 4k videos.

I purchased a new computer but started having problems with the audio working improperly (sounded like a badly tuned radio). I further had problems with the internet connection of the computer disconnecting regularly. I have since brought it in to be repaired (as bestbuy refused to replace a malfunctioning 3week-old computer, although the phone rep said they would). Based on communication with the reps, it is likely that the computer had a faulty motherboard or hard drive- the technical problems I was having are not common as they had never had a case of this audio problem before. When the computer was working properly, it was very nice. It is very light and transportable (compared to my old dell laptops). The track pad has areas for right clicking, but also has scrolling capabilities like a mac. If the computer I received was working properly without the hardware problems, I would have given it a 5 stars.

I got this for School and it is awesome! Close to the macbook size and that is what I wanted. Lightweight! and I love that I can rotate the screen.

I was originally in the market for a Macbook Air having had my trusty Imac for the past 10 years. Though I prefer Apple's OS over Windows this is a great computer. Higher performance, more features (like the touch screen & convertible capability), comparable build quality and finishes for a lower price point... it's a no brainer!

Perfect laptop that functions just as well as a tablet. Great battery life and performance.

Bought as a gift for my daughter she is happy with it.

It's a good-looks item,but we don’t know how to use that kind of system,finally we we return it.

I had a bigger laptop and decided to downsize for convince liked the idea of solid state runs cooler loads up quick and the size is great,they even have a stylus pen for writing like a tablet if you need more room uou can go with external memory

I am a college student and was looking for something that would be reliable, budget friendly, and still fun. This laptop is fast booting up, extremely quiet in lectures, and has a great lighting range! It works well for Netflix as well. My biggest fear in buying this laptop was downsizing my screen, but the screen is still plenty big for multitasking and having multiple apps open at the same time. Also, if you haven't fallen in love with Windows 10, just wait, you will! My favorite part is battery life, by far! I have two days a week where I have 4 classes back to back, that is 6 hours of laborious note taking, and I am usually on it during lunch as well, and by the end of the day, I usually still have 30% or more left. * I do keep it on battery saver all day, though. My only complaint would be that I can't buy a protective case for it and that the screen sometimes flys back if I pick it up too quick. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase! Bought this laptop for my wife and it has worked out great with no issues.

Extremely easy to use, lots of great features and starting to get the hang of Windows 10. I am by no means a Wizz on computers but the spectre is easy to use. Like a Mac but with touchscreen. Only drawback is that windows does not have as many apps as apple or android.

Received this laptop today. I am amazed with how great it is. I am very picky in fact I have returned 3 laptops this past month dis-satisified. But this laptop runs graphics great, no lag with stunning color and brightness. And even though it is 13.3" screen it is still easy to read. The sound is good and the laptop is super fast all around. I thought it would run hot under strain.This laptop is perfect.

I really wanted to like this laptop. I bought 3 of them and had to return them all for one reason or another. The last two laptops had terrible sound quality. I could hear better the sound form my phone compared to the laptop. I had to strain to hear videos from youtube or netflix. I was surprised this hadn't come up much in the reviews on here. I will be happy to hear if others have had the same problem. And if so, how they fixed it.

Loved this laptop when I first got it. I use it for business and it was the perfect size and boot up was quick. Great for one on one presentations. However within the 1st week one of the speakers failed. I had to send it back to the factory to get fixed. Worked great for the next 4 months . Was just telling my wife last night how nice this computer was and how it made my life easier. Then I went to boot it up this morning. Nothing. No lights no sound. Called tech. Having to send it in again to get fixed. When the laptop works, it is a fantastic machine. I'll get it fixed but if it fails again I will not do HP.

I bought 2 of these because the first one kept crashing with subsequent software installations. On Geek Squads recommendation they told me to return it and try another one. I am no dummy when it come to computers so I did some research. Some of the software was buggy because of the Windows 10... The second one seemed nice, still frustrated from multiple system re-configurations. I started to notice a yellow tint to the screen along with a yellow blotch in the upper left corner. I went to Best Buy and looked at the floor model and it had the same thing although there was one in the upper right corner too. This made me uneasy as to the consistency I was seeing. To spend $1000 on a computer I expect some quality in function and use along with a clear, clean display. The design is nice along with the given specs which were in line with what I wanted. I did not care for the tablet feature nor the touch screen. Third time is a charm right? Wrong, I went with a MacBook with comparable specs, of course spending another $500 to get it. My 8 year old HP Pavillion DV6 worked better than this Spectre. I was looking to gain portability over my 15.6" screen, battery life, updated hardware, and a more refined OS. The Spectre was what I wanted only it failed to allow me to think I would be using it in the long haul.

It seems to work well (granted, I haven't had it for much more than a month or two) thus far. My only complaint is that it heats up too quickly. I've kept it on a cool surface though & haven't had any other issues.

This is an excellent computer. It boots very fast. I have another i7 HP Spectre x360 and cannot tell the difference with this i5 in terms of speed. So far no complains.
