The system is unstable, which I attribute to Windows 10. The display driver was crashing as well as IE.

I had a Toshiba before this and was disappointed with the build and performance. This laptop was definitely a step up. It's sturdy and doesn't feel plasticy. It's great for the price and for being a laptop! It doesn't have a separate graphics card but I'm able to play Sims and Minecraft smoothly. It's awesome for multitasking and portability! It's a teensy glitchy when I let it run for a while like it won't pull up Chrome every now and then and I have to restart it but it's probably a Windows 10 issue. I highly recommend this for personal use and I'm sure it would do fantastic for work related things. It's light and the 360 feature is super helpful and makes it even less likely to break since the hinges are sturdy enough to be jerked around a bit. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and despite my doubts, I was highly impressed!

I bought this laptop to replace an older Spectre which has an i5 chip and 4GB of RAM. It took a couple of weeks to get all the Windows 10 settings and quirks taken care of (not the fault of HP), but now that I have been using the new computer for my business for about a month, I can honestly say it is a fantastic machine. They keyboard and feel is the same as my trusty i5 machine, but the new one is an i7 with 8GB of RAM (256 GB HD) and it totally blows away my old Spectre. I ran some updates on the old laptop recently and was amazed at how sluggish it felt vs. the new Spectre. Also, my second work computer is an i7 Surface with 8GB of RAM, and the new Spectre runs much faster than that machine. I run intensive graphics and very large spreadsheets, and the Spectre handles all of it with ease. The only thing I don't like is how the power button is hard to get to on the left side of the laptop instead of being on the keyboard like it was on the old Spectre. The display is great, and at 1920x1080 is very easy to read spreadsheets and other items. Very happy.

Extremely fast computer Transfer of pics is excellent only wish it had a drive other than that i love this device!

Purchased this laptop for my daughter and it has been fantastic! So much so I might have to get one for myself!

My experience with this laptop is pretty good so far. No major issue with connecting to the internet. very portable and it comes with a pouch too very considerate of HP. It is my first HP laptop and so far it is doing good. I chose this edition because of the look of it. I would recommend this to friends

Fast processor, it comes with a case and its a great size for traveling.

Runs fast, but Calendar and People doesn't sync with iCloud, disappointing, it also runs hotter than MacBook Air. Touch Screen is a good feature, but not perfectly responsive. Sometime you have to push several times to register. Many software are still compatible with Window 10.

I purchased this laptop for school and I love how lightweight and slim it is. I did have to return it after a few weeks since my speakers stopped working after an update, they replaced it for me and so far I've had no issues with the new one. I've received many compliments on how sleek it looks (:

I purchased this PC to replace my business computer; the result of job elimination and retirement. I wanted something to take with me when I am away from home. The Spectre is light, fast and easy to work with. Took me a few weeks to figure out the key pad so I recommend that anyone first go to the key pad instructions (as an engineer I am usually adverse to actually reading instructions). I am very impressed with how the key pad functions. I am like the fact that there are 3 ports for usb plugs ins. So far I am very happy with this PC.

After deciding to switch to an HP after being a Mac user for many years, I was a little hesitant. However, this has proved to be a great laptop for college. It is light weight which makes taking it to classes very easy. The fact you can rotate the screen to make it into a tablet or rotate it and set the screen at an angle has been more handy while studying than I ever expected. When I was purchasing this laptop I was deciding between the Spectre and the Microsoft Surface, when I was warned that the surface significantly slows down when multiple tabs are open. As a person who constantly has 5 plus tabs open while doing college homework/studying, I chose against the surface and am very happy. The computer never slows down or freezes, while other people I know with the surface do have that problem. Overall, if you are looking for a easily portable, fast running, laptop and tablet all in one... the Spectre is definitely worth looking into.

I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and I love it! I love how light and easy it is to take from room to room in the house. The compact screen is just the right size and the overall look of it is sleek and elegant. No complaints about its performance either. It is plenty fast for me.
