I wanted a machine that I know could last for another 5-7 years. This looks to be it. The hardware is well suited for what I want, light gaming, browsing the net, watching videos and some photo editing with my graphic tablet. There are some hiccups with the software when the video may lock up, mildly annoying, but nothing that can't be addressed with some patches. The machine looks beautiful, however it can get a bit too hot when the vents are covered and I'm multitasking (while in bed). This is close to a perfect machine for what I want, and would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love this new laptop (replaced an '09 HP Pavillion laptop that is still running!). It is very lightweight, portable and has amazing startup and processing speed. Windows 10 is very easy to use. Love the touchscreen. I did a lot of research on the 2-in-1 laptops available and reviews rated this very high and it is meeting all of my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

Read lots of reviews before this purchase, and looked at 2 in 1's in the store. A HP salesguy showed me a less expensive version of this computer because I was whining about the keyboards on the other PCs. I loved it--feels a lot like the Mac Pro I use for work. Lots of nice features--backlit keyboard, sufficient ports, and I like the wide trackpad. The stainless steel is nice and feels sturdy. The trackpad has a slightly loose feel--other reviewers mentioned this, so maybe I'm sensitive to it. It works beautifully but gives a little less than top quality feel. Not a big deal really. This is a great laptop/tablet. Great screen resolution; hope to have this computer for a long time.

I bought this laptop for my gf on black friday. We were looking for something that looks visually great and exceptional speed on top of that. It has a great screen sensibility and resolution as well. The processor, ram, and video card compatibility are very seamless. The only problem that I ran into after buying it is not noticing that it does not have a disk drive. This is a vital component to any computer and even though for most computers its a given. I would always look at the description/specs of the item to see if there are any essentials that could be left out. Unless you plan on transfering all data via usb or photo SD cards. This computer might not all be for you. In the end the good outways the bad pertaining to the specific use that my gf has purposed this laptop for.

I am very pleased with my new HP Spectre. The machine boots up in seconds. Windows 10 has been pretty stable and offer some interesting features. The screen is bright and sharp and I do use the touch capability. Battery life is very good. I get 8 to 9 hours of serious business use. The keyboard is very nice and I actually like the large touchpad, once I got used to it. My only wish is that HP made the viewable screen a little taller, more like the MacBook. I am using the machine much more than Any other laptop I have owned. That shows that the long battery life and fast SSD make a big difference in real world biz duties.

I purchased this laptop for my college bound son. It's lightweight, fast, sleek and sexy. He's delighted and I'm relieved to have chosen a great gift!

I purchased this to carry me into the start of my business. It appears to have the ability to do so however it has frozen on me twice which I'm unsure if it's somehow related to some software or what. Besides that it works fine. In retrospect I don't know if I need as much as this says it does. I have received compliments on the appearance as it's a nice looking laptop.

Battery lasts a long time. Touchscreen is good, however track-pad is very sensitive. Looks great! Best personal PC right now

My daughter uses this laptop everyday. She loves the keyboard, the battery life, the touch screen, the Windows Ink compatibility, and the speed that the computer runs at.

Purchased this for my college bound student. It is the perfect size and weight. Ultra thin laptop with exceptional battery life. Aluminum alloy build quality feels great. System boots up fast and is very responsive while many programs are open and browsing the web. You can't go wrong with an HP and Best Buy. Got a great price on sale plus college student coupon... Final Cost $849 ($300 off regular price) Very happy with this deal. I also purchased an HP Care Pack warranty with 3 year on-site service and accidental damage coverage directly from HP. Highly recommended!

I have owned this product now for a month, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Screen looks great, battery lasts quite long with heavy use, and keyboard has a really great feel to it when typing. The only (very slight!) complaint I have about the product is that, when being used heavily, the underside gets a little hot. This is almost expected considering this houses an i7, however.

This laptop is fantastic! I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Love having a touch screen as well as the ability to flip it over and turn it into a tablet. Another great feature is that I have lots of ports (USB 3.0) if needed, although, I probably don't need them all. Windows 10 is solid and works very fluidly with the touch interface. The computer switches from tablet to laptop quickly and when needed. Programs start up fast and the display is very nice and crisp!

The laptop that I built 6 years ago for college was on it's last leg and I needed something to get me through the courses that I am currently taking, causing me to purchase this convertible. I had originally intended on purchasing a SurfacePro so that I would have something that would not be outdated in a few years and would give me everything that I needed for schooling, but reading reviews, I found the HP to be roughly the same and at a better price. I have found that the HP has given me everything that I needed (minus a DVD drive, which was an easy fix with the purchase of an external) and the only complaint that I truly have, which I noted in other reviews, is the inability to turn off the backlight on the actual backlight key when the remainder of the keyboard is not lit. The HP is lightweight, has all capabilities of a laptop, and the touchscreen has proven beneficial in the capabilities the product maintains as a tablet, as well.

I needed for the school , i believe with this price great product and flexible one . I can carry it wherever i want due to light wight

We've purchased 4 of these so far and every user who has one loves it. Lightweight, sturdy, fast, great battery life. Plus it can double as a tablet.

I didn't go to Best Buy for this product. As I was looking, a Best Buy employee suggested the HP Spectre 360. I looked at the reviews, good and bad, so that when I decided to purchase it, I was prepared to deal with the issues. I paid an annual fee for the Geek squad to set it up, download up grades, test connectivity, etc. and provide maintenance if needed. The result was I have a powerful laptop/tablet that is fast, with a long lasting battery, a versatile, easy to use laptop-tablet with great backup from the Geek Squad when I need it. Very pleased.

This was my boyfriend's Bday gift. We liked the design and that it is touch screen, tablet and the backlit keyboard was a plus!!

Hp has created an exceptionally beautifully crafted Laptop. The ash grey(gunmetal black and gold) is very beautiful. The screen is one of the best looking displays I have seen on a laptop. Everything loads quickly and blazing fast. My only complaint is the camera HP uses in the laptop could have been of better quality and looks pixelated in low light. Battery life is decent but not as good as the 1080p model. Laptop also supports an active stylus which is a great bonus. Overall this is one of the best laptops on the market.

This is a very fast laptop and it's lightweight. For the price it's a good deal.

Pros: Able to use an active stylus, super fast start up and loading of most programs, beautiful screen colors and brightness, well-built unibody design, and impressive battery life. Cons: Don't expect to play any modern games on this except at the lowest settings. I was debating between this, a Dell XPS 13, or a Macbook Pro. Ultimately, the lower overall price point for better internals (Core i7, 256GB SSD) and the unique features compared to the other two (2-in-1 active touchscreen) are what convinced me. I'm very happy with my decision.
