It runs very hot. Too hot. It's ok otherwise except there's a lot of preloaded junk on it that slows it down

My old 17" laptop started crashing on me so I started looking for something new. The old computer was a bit of a chore to lug around. It didn't fit in my brief case or backpack. I downsized and went with the Spectre. I have no regrets. The Spectre is light and easy to carry. This computer boots up and is ready to go in record time. I believe the solid state drive coupled with this processor makes all the difference.

This is a powerful laptop. The start is very fast. Is lightweight. I am very satisfied with this deal. 100% recommended.

Laptop is super fast, love the SSD and 8GB RAM, turning laptop on or off takes no more than 3 seconds, and a reboot no more than 6 seconds. Tablet mode is great.

Nicely discounted for my daughter entering her first year. The product was explained well by the Bsst Buy saleperson. My daughter loves it for her business classes.

I purchased a refurbished Geek Squad model that would over-heat regularly, but after returning it for a new one I did not experience that problem.

I actually caught this spectre on sale and got a discount because I'm in college. This laptop is so fast and does so much more than I need it to, but it's perfect. It has so much storage, fast processor, never freezes up, and boot up time takes less than 5 seconds. I previously had a Microsoft Surface 3 which I had so much trouble with, and this laptop blew it out of the water. It is pricey if you don't catch it on sale, but it is totally worth it. Definitely look forward to using this laptop through college and beyond and would recommend 10/10 for someone looking to buy a laptop! I love my spectre!

The build is good. It has a very good look. It's slim and light weight. The configuration is good and is very helpful for all your laptop activities.

Laptop is thin, light, easy to set up and easy to use. Love the touch screen in addition to the standard mouse. It is used by the family for personal and projects.

Awesome computer better then any Dell I've ever had or any other computer I've had for that matter. I actually bought for my wife then the next day bought one for myself. I use three computers for work and this one is my personal and it's by far the best I use all day, better then my 3 work computers. P.S. I don't work for Best Buy and have not been in a store in 10 years to be honest. This was first time in a long time buying something here instead of my usual Amazon "go to." The whole Best Buy store experience was awesome - very helpful employees more so then the Apple Store Employees.

The flex is so convenient and I love the touch screen. Only problem has been with HP updates messing with speaker drivers but after reinstalling it worked again.

It is slick, fast and a 2 in 1 laptop/iPad. Easy to setup and within no time you will master the use of it. For its price there is no other product on the market.

I'm a college student and I wanted something compact and easy to use. It's an excellent laptop. Lightweight and holds a lot of memory. HP is a great brand.

I have had this laptop for just over a month and already have an issue with blue screen that could not be resolved over the phone therefore I had to send it in to HP for repair which is going to take almost 2 weeks to get it back. I am not happy with that so I am totally dissatisfied with the laptop and the service. I also have constant issues with wifi connection and the internet connection speed and battery life is not what I expected

I don't use the convertible portion of the notebook much, but the HP design and build are as close to a Windows "Mac" -as you'll get at this price

It has the quality look and feel of an apple computer. However it has issues with being able to tell battery life. For me, if you have a premium price it needs to be a premium product.

Item purchased for my new college student! This is working out perfectly for her to take to class and study anywhere at home or work. She is living it!
