fast to connect strong and lovely but the window store such. the store need to be fix difficult to open and to download

I love everything about this laptop except it keeps freezing up! It only weights 2.45 lbs and I love the backlit keyboard. Unfortunately I had to return it being it freezes up and looks like a strobe light when watching videos on FB. I bought 3 of them and all three had these issues. I am not sure if it is a problem with Windows 10 or these computers were damaged during shipping to Best Buy.

I was looking for a small, light but powerful PC and this fills the bill. Good bright screen and long battery life are both plusses.

After reviewing numerous product I decided I wanted the HP Spectre, I went to the store to purchase but changed my mind due to the price and was about to get something else and decided to take a day to thing about it. I went back and purchase the Spectre and I'm truly happy I did. This 2 n 1 truly lives up to all the great reviews. From the extremely fast processor, excellent display and great battery life to an excellent design backlit keyboard and slim design all work together for one great performing 2 n 1.

We like the computer but we don't like the mouse pad. The person who helped us didn't spend much time with us. Customer service seems to be lacking at Best Buy.

Setting up my e-mail was a little tricky, but I overcame my own deficiencies. The prompts from McAfee were annoying. I chose not to use McAfee and, instead, am using Windows Defender. I have a desktop using Windows Vista, which is close to the end of life. It still works well, but I haven't received any updates since last August. My Norton Premier virus protector on the desktop is licensed to cover this new laptop too, but I'll stick with Windows Defender unless something goes wrong.

It is so light and very versatile; I can use it for every day things to advanced studies in college classes. I love it!!

Can't say enough. Sleek, lightweight, doesn't heat up on my lap, touchscreen is great, keyboard is great. Just love it.
