Really Love it. Just has a really annoying buzzing sound. Doesn't do it all the time, nor does it mess the performance. I need to take it in to get it looked at. Still under warranty. If not for that, would have gave it 5 stars!

When we shopped for a laptop, the sales person helping us never once pointed out there is no internal hard drive. He even sold us disks of software...really? We drove home set this laptop up and went to insert the disks and we were appalled. We are not big technical people and so it never dawned on us to look for an internal hard drive...we assumed all computers had it. We were so mad, we had to drive back to the store and was then told, "Oh, yeah...you will need to purchase an external hard drive.". We will never buy another computer or something major from Best Buy again. When this is paid off, we are closing out the account. Grrr...

Very simple to setup. Turn it on connect to wifi and wait a few minutes for the laptop to update and done. My favorite part is flipping the laptop and watch movies on the Airplane. You save $15 every time they ask you to rent their media tablet.

Love this computer - it works great and has many capabilities; I like that it is light-weight like a tablet/notebook but has the full functionality of a computer/laptop. I looked for a long time for a new laptop and am really happy with my choice!

Knowledgeable sales person guided me to what we needed. I had specs with me and in easy fashion, the options were presented in a way that I could understand and make a smart decision. The discounts were great which made the process even better.

Lightweight. Clear screen and sound. But Cortana seems to go crazy and lock things up. If it weren't for the problem with disabling Cortana, I would give this 5 stars. And I can't recommend it until the problem is fixed.

This is a good laptop but I frequently get the problem of black/white artifacts while browsing, HP support tried fixing it but the problem still persists, guess it is a driver issue which will be fixed in future updates.

Very good laptop, at the begging we have problems with freezing but the Greek squad download software and now is working perfectly

Functional and great design! We bought this for my daughter as she left for her first year of college and we could not be more pleased! She loves how easy the set up makes tasks and how light weight it is. This was the perfect choice for us.

Needed a laptop for college. Went in store for a lower quality item on sale. .. End up spending more money to get this quality laptop. Been using for a year now with no issues. Spend a little extra money.. You get what you pay for!!!!

comes with function keys requiring the fn key as well, but this can be corrected with a bios adjustment (press f10 while booting). 3 pounds while my aging Toshiba is 2.5, but it's fast! no sd reader, vga or hdmi out

I love this computer. I have two Macs, one pro and one air. This computer is on par with the air both on battery and performance. There are some times where the computer gets glitchy but I'm chalking that up to just Windows being Windows.

I couldn't stay connected to my wifi network. I have 7 other devices that are able to use the wifi network successfully. I do not expect to have to load drivers on a laptop this expensive to get it to work. It was not easy to use. I returned the laptop for another brand and was told that there had been issues with the hp spectre. It was a beautiful and fast computer, but it failed to stay connected to a wifi network.

The computer is small but fast which is what we were looking for. The only unfortunate thing was to find there was no ethernet port. This caused a good bit of trouble while my daughter was getting the wireless working in her apartment.

I really love this laptop.. has excellent features that i wanted in my personal laptop.. awesome experience using it.. The display and the 360 degree rotation is really wonderful..

I have only been using it for a few months and so far loving it. The graphics are amazing and I love the fact I can use it as a tablet as well as a laptop. I haven't really delved in to all the aspects of it but so far so wonderful.

This HP laptop is a very nice computer that is very fast to start and due to it's small size great to take on trips. Very well built, as the keyboard is made out of a metallic material and feels very substantial. Very nice choice

Excellent laptop. Third computer we have bought in this series in the last year. The screen resolution is amazing. SSD is super fast. A little expensive but worth the money. Only nagging thing is touch pad is overly sensitive.

Excellent good computer for it's purpose. Being used to get on internet and get on business network. Probably overkill, but now being used for more things!

I bought this for my work and school work. At first our VP and RVP bought it. It's very sleek and light and really a must have. The graphics are great and it's so easy to navigate. Got it on sale too for less than $150.
