I was debating hard between this laptop and the Macbook Pro. I definitely feel like I have made the right choice! It's lightweight, fast, and everything I need plus more.

Solid, extremely fast, crystal clear "right sized" display, all the needed ports, great battery life, thin, best touchpad I've ever used. super responsive touchscreen. Seamless video streaming, great audio. Like Windows 10 much better than 8 and perfect for this application. Totally satisfied with my purchase. You get what you pay for, and this is a prime example. The single best computer purchase of my 20+ years of buying/owning/recommending PC's. In fact, bought a second one for my wife - she loves it to!

Bought this for my son for college and it is FABULOUS! he LOVES it! He has said it is super fast, he can connect his xbox to it, watch tv/movies on it . . . . just so much than a laptop! the best buy guy in grandville mi was super helpful also. we had gone in 3 separate times to evaluate and considered different laptops, but in the end this one was the chosen. One BB guy called it the macbook of windows, and my son agrees! It is priciey, but in the end for only roughly $200 more it is a way better purchase!

This is such a masterpiece from HP.. Simply awesome... It scores big both on design and function. Wonderful device and worth every penny paid.. Battery life is amazing and this is another apple mac book with Windows OS.

This was a gift for my wife. She loves the weight, the speed and the display. Originally purchased as a travel computer, she uses it as her primary computer because it surpasses her larger computer in every category.

Pros - Sleek, stylish, powerful. A well designed 2-1 product that has enough power to handle anything I've thrown at it. Comes with a sleeve Backlit keyboard Cons - Comes loaded with Windows 10 Home. Windows 10 Pro would have been a nice addition. Sound is barely adequate. Runs a little on the warm side when using as a 'LAP'top in the summertime. No numeric keyboard A couple of minor glitches, annoyances, & limitations - Placement of the power button. It took a few seconds to figure out. Also, I accidentally turned off the laptop when I picked it up and touched the power button. I realize I can change this. As I said, it was a minor annoyance. No optical drive . You'll need one if you're loading any programs that come on a disc. I've got other DVD burners that I copied the contents to a flash drive. Not a big deal and it's to be expected in this class. You would think with the cons and annoyances I wouldn't have given this 5 stars. I'm not going to downgrade this because of the size constraints that I chose. Sure, the sound on this is not so great, but given the size I'd really be surprised if it did sound good. My 17" laptop sounds pretty decent compared to this. But a decent set of headphones compared to that...You might see where I'm going with this. I chose this for the size and speed – for which this HP doesn’t disappoint.

I have been comparing my options from moving away from a nice i5ProBook to this ii7Spectra touch screen tablet and it is really easy to use.....excellent product so far ....and fast. Good battery life

My old laptop died and I was looking for a replacement. Looked up all tech reviews and this one kept coming up with great reviews so I decided to buy it. Got the I7, 8mb ram, 256 SSD and am very satisfied with it. This little machine is fast, display is great, love the feel of the keyboard, mouse is easy to use and the flip over tablet function is great! .

Excellent laptop! Windows 10 is nice, the touchscreen is a plus. I can Visual Studio, a VM running Centos 6.7, with a full development suite running in it. Very fast, beautiful screen.

I purchased a different laptop initially, but when I got it home I found it wasn't fast enough to handle the programs I needed. I was skeptical at first about how much better the SSD could be in this laptop, but I am certainly convinced now. I can do everything I need and have multiple programs and modules open and running simultaneously at twice the speed of any of my other HDD laptops in the past. Definitely worth the investment. I've already recommended it to everyone I know who uses their laptop for similar work.

very slick pc! fast processor, good screen, very thin and light. I do light video editing on it and it handles it very well. would recommend to anyone looking for a convertible PC!

There is no doubt that hp has developed a smart, modern and fashionable laptop. With the slim body and metallic outlook, it gives good looking and easy to carry out to work. However, the speaker doesn't work smoothly. I have changed it once but still have the same problem. When you turn to the greatest volume, it comes with some weird noise. When you work in a quiet place, the fan will also make some ignoring noise. But overall is good though.

I purchased the laptop and had to return for a replacement the first day because it would not restart. The replacement had the same problem but was finally resolved. When switching to tablet mode and back, the cursor was gone unless it was shut down and restarted. It also gets very hot.

This is one of the PC which has a similar design idea as mac, portable, powerful, and beautiful. Aside from the specs, the most important is that, it is light to carry.

This is an awesome computer/tablet. It is very light weight and starts up very quickly. Still learning the new windows 10, so far it is much better than I expected.

It is a great laptop with alot of the best features. There was another laptop with similar features and specs that was less expensive. The thing that won me over was that this one fits perfectly as a laptop and as a tablet. Its not bulky and doesnt look weird when you turn it into a laptop. Also it has 12 hours of battery life, most have 6 maybe 8. In the end I got it because its a laptop that wont go out of date in 2 years, causing me to buy another one. It is more expensive but Im not gonna regret it any time soon.

I work during the day and go to school 4 nights per week. This fits my needs regarding portability, robustness and functionality. I mostly use it as a laptop, but the tablet functionality is handy occasionally. Compared with other compact laptops, the keyboard is more pleasing in that I encounter proportionally fewer missed keys or double-strikes (i.e. it accommodates my ham-fisted typing very well). My only peeve is that you have to press the "function" key plus an arrow key in order to obtain the standard "home", "end" & "page up/down" functionality, but this is a minor concern.

I've had it for a couple months and I love it. It works great, it's lightweight, and I'm loving the touchscreen.

I purchased this laptop approximately one month ago. I travel a lot and wanted a light weight device which can be easily carried. The laptop has a very nice appearance with a slim design. The battery life is extensive allowing a lot of usage before recharging is required. Overall the performance is good however I experience problems at times with the keyboard not responding appropriately. I have not utilize the 2 -in - 1 feature very often however I do like the touch screen functionality.
