Perfect 2:1 laptop

I'm very happy with this purchase.

Nice-fast laptop

HP seems willing to only help with hardware issues and not any software--sometimes it is difficult to tell difference. After 4 days and at this point this computer is just what I was looking for,

Fast and convenient but hinge and heat need work

The form factor is really nice compared to traditional laptops, netbooks/ultrabooks but it is a bit heavy if you try to compare to tablets. The 2-in-1 design is super convenient but the hinge is a bit weak. It performs well but produces a fair amount of heat and can be a bit uncomfortable when it is on your lap.

Top of the line from HP

The only thing I'd recommend is getting an external hard drive if you have a lot of files like I do. Other than that, the 8GB of memory, i7 core processor and solid state drive gives you optimum performance for whatever you need to do; work or play.

Excellent laptop.

I feel lighter already

I'm a professional, power user and the faster boot times are worth the investment. I added a slim 1TB Seagate HDD for the stuff I don't use all the time. The drivers don't support Stereo Mix or Hosted Network functionality, but there are workarounds for that.

Quick, light and powerful

Found several bugs in Windows10/computer drivers, but Geek Squad found fixes and helped install. Haven't used the display or tablet modes, but plan to. Still don't know or use several of the new Windows 10 applications, and wish Best Buy would recommend a book.
