There was very little that competed with this laptop when I bought, the surface book now is an alternative but is a lot more $'s. The staff at Best Buy have been super in helping me make my decision and also any questions after my purchase. Easy to use, lightweight, great graphics and very responsive/fast. Plus love the new color, copper trim look.

Looks great! Works Great! The only problem I had was not always staying to my network and that turned out to be the location. I purchased a USB Wireless card to use only in that location and it hasn't had a problem since.

This laptop was my first purchase as a new adult headed off to college. I don't regret it one single bit!! It's super fast, lighter than macbooks, tougher than them, and looks way fancier than any other laptop I've ever seen!! Once I got used to operating on Windows 10 I loved it even more. If you are hesitant about this laptop read some reviews, go use the in-store demo for a little while and you will fall in love with it like I did. Trust me, you want this laptop if you're looking for a good one to last you throughout college. And, I can't stress it enough, make sure you get 3 years of geek squad protection. Although it is very pricey, they will literally fix or replace your laptop if anything happens to it for 3 frickin years!!! Get this laptop!!!!

This is the BEST piece of equipment I have ever owned, and from 1985 to now, I have owned a lot of them. Fast, easy to use and pretty. I love HP products, and Best Buy for carrying them.

Computer has good speed and memory, very portable for my business needs. Recommend this computer for anyone who needs functionality and portability in one package.

The laptop looks fantastic, runs great, but freezes

This is an excellent laptop/notepad. I debated a long time before deciding to purchase a 360 model versus a 2 in 1. So glad I made the decision to buy the HP Spectre 360.

Great Laptop, expensive but worth the money. It's very lite and very powerful. the new hard drive is lightning quick.

Great buy. Love everything about it!! I was shopping for a macbook pro, but had always used an Hp. This gave me the best of both.

Great compact computer/tablet all-in-one....just a little trouble with the new Windows 10.

Nice for a small laptop. Easy to carry and light wait considering the case is aluminum. The mouse pad is sensitive, while working the screen size will suddenly change to a larger size. I have to re-size the screen to be able to keep on working. Right at first it was having trouble keeping date and time. When I would boot it up the date and time were a week or more ahead. I would have to change the date and time. I did an update and this seems to have fixed the problem. I am used to 17" laptops and this one is a 13". I've had to get used to not having the 10 key pad for data entry. Otherwise a nice laptop. I would recommend it to a friend.

Ultimate ultra book with extreme firmware and hardware

This is a phenomenal laptop. Pictures don't do the ashe-silver and bronze design justice. Touchscreen is great, WiFi is strong, keyboard has enough travel that it actually feels like typing instead of tapping. Light, powerful, and really just beautiful design. Can't go wrong.

Would've been a 4 but I think it's a driver that was bad because the time kept changing after I set it. I had to keep fixing it after the computer was turned on. Hopefully it was just this laptop.

Great laptop and perfect size. Super fast processor. A really beautiful laptop. Only complaint is the heat on the bottom left side. Gets so hot at times it is uncomfortable to keep in my lap.

I love the design and versatility and durability of the Spectre! The 360 screen stays put in any position, which was a primary initial concern when comparing laptops. The sound system is also a plus when watching shows or when completing work activities.

This laptop is gorgeous in person. Had everything i could ask for and more but it had to be returned. The operating system did an update and laptop refused to hook back to internet and the ports disabled too. Called help center and say for two hours and couldnt fix it. The drivers were disappearing. i have no patience to deal with it and returned. So need less to say its loveley but has too many major flaws with os. I read reviews thay too many others purchased and had same problem unfixable
