    This laptop runs WAY too hot. HP cannot fix the issue. I've had 5 HP laptops and this model has been the most problematic. I will never buy another HP product again (monitor, desktop, laptop, etc) as I will not tolerate a $1400 laptop to have these problems. This laptop runs so hot it melted the rubber strip off the bottom of the laptop. I glued it back on with "high temp" glue and it melted off again. I bought a 15 inch version for my daughter and it doesn't seem to have heat problems, but the 13 inch "diamond cut" laptop is garbage. I recently bought a MAC and am about to buy a Dell laptop. HP is out for me.

    The laptop is perfect as a business laptop. Though you should not expect it to be great at gaming. Don't expect the 4k screen to run smoothly all the time :/

    Bought this after having had bought one 4 years ago. Was great but mother board died. Had good luck and decided to buy new model. Didn’t last but 3 days until it froze and died. Mouth pad started to not work and very slow.

    A great deal for sure. A lot of laptop for an excellent price. But this has to be the worst trackpad I’ve ever used on any laptop I’ve ever had.
