Got this machine for my son in college and he’s absolutely loving it. Great looks, solid specs and construction and a super clear display. Can’t really ask for much more in a device like this!

Great control over screen whether using mouse or touch. Never lose anything anymore. If mouse isn’t working just use touch! Fast. A little slow with starting but great otherwise.

Very nice screen (4K) with an impressive performance and long battery life. Laptop stays cool and quiet

This lap top is very good. I really enjoy using it and I use it everyday for school. I even bought a second one for my kid.

A trade-off of higher speed seems to be a loss of a CD-ROM drive. But it looks so crystal clear and does things faster than it used to take me before

Good screen, ssd, keyboard, ram, ports, wifi etc. The touchpad is acceptable but flawed. It is jumpy. I have tried updating the drivers, no help. Other people have reported the same issue.

Love this tablet, ease of use is great. The only thing is that it's tough to connect to external devices because there aren't a lot of ports. The adapters don't always work either.

originally i picked it up to get whatever drawing and editing program i wanted, but ive used it alot for work and also school ans its been freakin awesome

I like the laptop but use a lot of equipment that needs USB. I was informed that I would be able to use a hub. Most of them are not liking a hub. I will try to find a better hub.

I enjoy using this computer, when my daughter isn't. It's always nice to get something new, and this was a great choice. Now if I can use it more :)

This was bought for daughter and she loves it. She will be a film major this fall at UT and she is excited to use this laptop for all her editing.

The computer ran very hot even when sitting idle thus returned an opted for another (went with Microsoft Laptop).

The laptop is beautiful, sleek and powerful. Its an excellent college laptop and can even handle fairly graphic intensive games.

I was looking for a laptop to replace my old laptop. This HP laptop seems to fit the bill. It is small, lightweight and seems to be well built.

Great laptop. Pros: too many to mention Cons: only one. Occasionally the laptop gets hung up when being reopened and attempting to use facial recognition

This computer is not inexpensive, but it delivers great value for the money. A great product.

WARNING- don't buy! I bought my HP spectre in May of 2015. Thought I was safe buying a warranty - huge mistake! Google HP spectre reviews - you will see everyone complaining about the motherboard burning out just after the warranty expires! Hp won't back their product with a recall, like any decent company would want to do. Please don't buy this laptop or any HP products until they own up to their on going issues. $1,500. Is a lot of money to throw away......
