I had this for a week. I got it for drawing, the program I have doesn’t need a lot and it’s been freezing and saying I need more ram. My old hp hadn’t given me problems when I 1st got into it and it had 1/2 the ram this one has! I can’t imagine how it will preform when I do some 2D animation which again I was able to do that on my old one but who knows with this new one. I don’t think I should have to play around with settings to make sure I have enough ram

It’s a OK computer I wouldn’t consider getting for high apps or programs me as a DJ doesn’t not work it crashes a lot and also freezes a lot! It’s annoying and you get a lot virus messages and they are annoying. When it crashes you can’t do anything and you have to wait for it to unfreeze or hard shutting it off. I honestly don’t recommend it if you’re going to use hard programs or be using more than one page at the same time. For the price to save yourself and buy an Mac-Pro

Very disappointing in three meaningful ways: - The speakers are downfiring and are easily muffled if laptop is anywhere other than on a desk. - Even on a desk, the speakers are awful. When they are turned up any louder than say you'd want on a video call, they blow out. - The webcam seems to not have enough of a glare shield because if there is an overhead light, a bright line casts down the center of the shot. - Screen resolution is great. - Keyboard is fantastic - except tiny F-keys and a tiny delete key - Trackpad is fantastic

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this same laptop. First one had issues with they Touchpad, This one has issues with the Speakers. Screen is not as clear as describred, Will try to resolve with HP Support and will update my review. If not I will return this laptop again and look for another brand.
