I really like this laptop, but it is the second one I've gotten in a month. The first one had something wrong with the operating system, so Geek Squad took it back and I got another. Fingers crossed. It's relatively light, excellent keyboard feel, has all the inputs I need to present materials to students, and it flips into a tablet mode.

After having my HP laptop stolen, I had to buy a new one. I went to Besr Buy and bought this laptop. An awesome decision on my part. The Solid State Drive is the only way to go. Fast -- it loads up in just a few seconds. So far, it has also proved to be dependable. Highly recommended.

Nice computer, but I am having trouble understanding things. Windows 10 has been difficult to use. Also, I had word that came with all of my old computers and now I had to buy office to open files I had. Also purchased geek squad protection and have been very disappointed in them for the first time in my many years having protection.

I replaced a 7 year old Toshiba because The Toshiba had become slow and did not always interact well with Windows 10. I like the responsiveness of the solid state drive, although I have some doubts about its 256 GB limitation, especially because the drive is partitioned for recovery purposes. I have 330+ music CDs uploaded and several thousand photos and have not run out of space yet. There is an issue with the computer going to sleep and only being able to be wakened by a hard reset. I have changed settings to never allow it to sleep to overcome this issue. The choice to "never" allow sleep is at the bottom of a lengthy list of sleep choices so scroll to the bottom. The unit is easily portable but I would not choose to carry one with a screen this large to locations outside my house. The unit comes with an integrated HP Support Assistant that in most cases will not address the issue at hand and in many cases will present print so microscopically small you will need a magnifying glass to read it. This is not an exaggeration. I checked into this problem at Best Buy and the sales assistant had no recommendations to overcome the micro print.

Very thin and lightweight. Love how fast and quiet it is with the solid state drive. My husband didn't think that he really needed a touch screen but after the first use, he was spoiled and loved it! We couldn't be happier. And the 3840 x 2160 (UHD) screen resolution is AMAZING!!

I am so happy with this product. It is everything I was looking for in a laptop. The touchscreen the 360folding capabilities. The picture is beautiful (4k) and it has an HDMI port. The only thing is that it was heavier than I wanted it to be because it is something I carry around with me everyday. But all the pros outweigh the weight.

I love this laptop! Over the past few years, it has helped me in personal, professional, and academic means. I run data analytics programs on it and it works fine. Storage has been great. It is a very fast computer. However, Microsoft Excel does not work very fast. I am not sure why.
