I did a lot of research before purchasing this computer. I am not a computer expert but I am thorough when choosing major purchases. First, the good. Immediately I noticed how well built and solid the machine is and I love love love how thin and light it is. The images and screen are crystal clear and very sharp (with a caveat-I will explain in the cons). The computer is lightning fast-might be one of the best features. The mouse pad area is huge, so navigating is easier. The keyboard is super comfortable (another caveat later). Though this next feature was really important to me it may not mean much to you. My the battery connector (the plug that plugs directly into the comouter) on my last 2 computers both now fall out and I cannot charge my computers. But this connector is stout and will not become loose and fall out. Aesthetically this computer is beautiful and can do anything and everything all at once. Now for the things that you may not like. The screen is clear but because it is also a tablet the glare can be really bad but you just have to adjust it. The computer edges are not rounded but are more blunt so it can make it more uncomfortable when resting your hands on it for longer period of time (just move your hand position when this happens and you should be fine). The battery does not last as long as I would want. But I knew this before I bought it and figured fast was better than battery life. Also the sound is clear but the volume does not go very high making it difficult to hear with my noisy 5 and 2 year old kids running around. Anyway those cons to me are minor so it is just what is important to you.

Versatile product. This laptop was easy to set up and use for remote work as well as for personal/family needs. Touch screen is great and makes working much faster than using the cursor. Screen resolution is great, switching to tablet mode is easy and will reduce the number of devices we have, and battery life is fairly long. Not a fan of the newer Microsoft version and the speed to download Adobe reader was too long.

Very lightweight. Easy to fold into tablet. Fast. Great for a student. But a little expensive.

I originally bought my wife a Spectre X360 for her birthday and was very impressed with the entire package. Thin, sleek, lightweight and attractive case combined with lightning fast performance, stunning graphics and high quality sound. Good battery life too. When my laptop needed to be replaced under warranty, I opted to upgrade and bought a Spectre X360 for myself and I'm very pleased with that decision. It rocks.

I wanted a computer that had speed and could keep up with my photography editing program. This computer exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my purchase.

My 7 year old reliable DELL bit the dust so I went back to Best Buy looking for another laptop. I chose the HP Spectre because it was lightweight, had a touch screen and was so much more advanced than my old laptop but was so easy to use. Ease of use and excellent capability was what I required. I found it in the HP Spectre and I found it at Best Buy, my go to store for TV, computer and phone purchases.

Very satisfied with this 2 in 1 laptop. Display is beautiful, processor is super fast, battery life is great. Upgraded to this HP from a Dell 2-in-1 because the battery life on the Dell was terrible. No complains about the HP battery life, can go almost two days without charging while streaming a large amount of live video.

I always dread getting a new computer because it is so painful to transfer software and files. Plus every computer has a different "feel" even if on the same operating system. This HP, so far, is truly the best computer I have ever had - nice weight, good size screen, good key feel, fast to start up and close down. And it has adequate ports so there is not a need to hang adapters to get extra ports.

I bought this laptop at a discounted price because it had been returned by a previous customer. I have not had any problems whatsoever. I have only used it for browsing, documents, etc so far; however it is extremely fast to start up, great screen, and excellent speakers. Definitely worth the price so far.

The battery has a really long life and is amazingly quick. The 4K display is nice. If you're willing to pay the money, you won't regret it. The only downside is the hard drive size. It'll fill up quick especially if you use the 4K resolution for videos. An external hard drive is probably necessary at some point. However, having a solid state drive is worth the size problem.

This laptop claims a resolution of 3840x2160. Normally, a screen having a particular resolution means it has that many individual square groups that each have all three components necessary to display: red, green, and blue. This laptop's screen puts red/green in one square, then blue/white in the next, and alternates. No square contains all three primaries at once, and the purpose of the added white component is to fudge brightness ratings at the cost of color reproduction. The result is jagged edges and an overall poorer quality picture than true 4K, because of a critical difference *not* stated in the specs. Yes, it looks great compared to a lot of other laptop displays, but you're not getting what you're being advertised. See attached images. my wife bought this to use while traveling. she has been very happy with it. using photoshop on it and accessing the Internet are both very easy. it is light and holds a charge well. the touch screen is responsive and also very easy to use. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.

Got this laptop for business. It has an amazing display with retina like resolution and vivid colors. Run fast and is pretty lightweight for this size. The touch screen is a nice bonus. Mine has an SSD so windows and apps load fast.

Purchased this laptop with my husband. We had a Dell that was about 8yrs old, very heavy & slow. The Spectre is lightweight, fast, crystal clear graphics. I love that it's a touch screen. There are so many features that I haven't even utilized yet. Very happy with this choice.

Shopping for a new laptop to replace a very old HP, I looked at Best Buy website and got it down to a few. I went into the store originally going to get the Envy model, but after seeing this one I was sold. Yes, the 4K screen is worth it! The solid state drive, worth it! Very fast, light and long battery life! Very Happy with this!

I just purchased this to replace my hp envy 2 in 1. The oled screen looks fantastic and the boot up time with ssd is noticeably faster than normal hard drive. Owned this about a month and no problems at all.

I love my laptop - and though I never use it in tablet mode, it is so light and versatile that I could with ease.

I'm a graphic sign designer. I bought this for the touchscreen and the overall performance. The touchscreen doesn't work that well for actual editing of drawings. I bought a $80 special pen and it doesn't do the fine detail that I really need. The computer is okay and has great battery life, but I feel like the SSD really slows it down. It should have came with NVME instead of regular SSD. I'm a real typist, so I don't like the mousepad at all. My palms regularly hit it. Battery life is awesome. Not all software supports 4k resolution, so the menus are too small to even use. I put the screen in 1080 mode and haven't look back. So, that was a little bit of wasted money. Also, the SSD is small and to upgrade to the next size wasn't worth the money. Now, 3 years later, I will probably upgrade the SSD to a full 1TB and use it as a DJ laptop. For that, it works great!!

This is a fantastic laptop,very fast and has all the outputs and inputs.HDMI SD card reader and USB3.It basically has the old with new.Great 4K screen and the most amazing sound quality by B&O.Battery life is excellent.The keyboard is comfortable to use and of course it is completely solid state.Great product by HP.
