Awesome laptop. Fast and reliable. Mainly used for school. Has enough power to run any software the average person needs. Lightweight and ultra thin, easy to carry in a bag or a sleeve.

Had to return a laptop within warranty. Lots of frustration with latest computers having quirks in the software and hardware. We were looking for a headache free laptop. So far this has delivered. However the volume sometimes does not work and we need to restart. No idea what that is about, but like everything else so far. No bloatware!

Originally I was shopping for apple products, but after being convinced by best buy member to buy spectre, I was very happy with quality of the laptop, speed and sleek design

Everything about this computer is great, except the 256GB solid state drive is not adequate for my needs because I need to install a lot of software and data. I wish they offered the same model with a 1TB+ drive.

Awesome except for the razor sharp edges

Was looking for something that would be portable and still powerful enough to edit 4K videos and maybe play a few games. Videos edit and render with no problems and most games except for the most demanding play decently enough for me. 4K display is beautiful, you just have to play around with text/icon sizes a little to get them so you can read them comfortably at this resolution.
This meets my needs perfectly except for one thing. The front edge of the computer is very sharp and leaves indentations just below my wrists if I use it for too long. Did anyone at HP actually USE this thing after they designed it? It's beautiful for sure, but I'm looking at my arm right now after using it just to write this review and there are marks on my arm from the edge. Picture is attached. I hate to return it just for that but I may if I can't find a solution. it's a shame a simple design flaw makes this so uncomfortable to use.

Wonderful laptop. Lightweight, powerful. Incredible battery life. The only 2 complaints with this would be the shaky screen because of the hinges not being rigid and the speakers volume could have been louder.

Hubby wanted to tell me all about the solid state memory and the awesome graphics card but I'm not a "computer geek" and don't really care much about all that. :) I wanted a laptop that was easy to set up, would display images clearly and wasn't too heavy or hot when I had it on for hours. This laptop DEFINITELY fills the bill! It starts up super fast, I've saved lots of documents, photos and games and it's only gotten a bit warm after it was in use for more than four hours straight. I don't use this for watching movies but it runs videos just fine! The laptop was actually lighter than the case I carried it in when we went on vacation last month! :) Warning: You will have to remove McAfee to use Google Chrome but Windows Defender appears to be just as good as McAfee!

I love this computer. Super light and the tough screen is really convenient.
My only negative thing to say is it is not as easy to open as previous laptops I have owned. I definitely cant open it with one hand

Geeksquad is amazing, so is the staff! My issue is with the new notebook I just purchased. It's amazing & has amazing specs! I'm not a big fan of Meg Whitman, but she is getting HP back on the market...anyway. This is my second time replacing my device because of hardware or software (mostly my OS) faults. It was frustrating when Geeksquad tried making pay for a better version of Kaspersky, when I am completely insured for this device, but other than that everyone is quick and efficient which is what I expect at Best Buy , especially since I drop a lot of dough there. Thank You!

I picked up the Spectre x360 to supplement my desktop for on-the-go music production and MIDI applications. The 16gb RAM and i7 proc are prefect for me, and with the SSD it definitely keeps up with me. The 15" 4k touch makes reading and navigationa breeze and the picture quality is wonderful. I'm a happy customer, even with my reservations about HP (I'm a corporate IT guy).

I've had the Spectre x360 15.6" laptop for about a month now, and so far so good! The build quality is excellent, the 4K screen is beautiful, and I'm a big fan of the form factor. It's also very nice having 4 USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI, and a mini display port in a laptop this size. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have USB 3.1 (there's a Type-C port, but it only supports USB 3.0). The power adapter is very small, which is great, but I wish the cord was a little bit longer.
I dabble in Photoshop and Lightroom, and the SSD, i7 processor, and 16GB of RAM allow both programs to perform quite well. It'd be nice if the SSD was a little larger, but there are easy work-arounds with external storage and the cloud.
Overall I'm very happy with the laptop, and I'd highly recommend it.

I really like this laptop. Fast, versatile, and plenty of memory. Wish it had a bigger drive though (250 GB). On a few occasions I see some flickering in the web browser. Other than that it's a great machine.

This is my second review. I called the HP Tech Support after I noticed the computer was a little bit warmer on the fan side than I thought it should be.
The Tech Support updated the bios on my computer, and after that it ran cooler.
The computer is fast and the touch screen is excellent. The colors
are also vivid. We are enjoying this notebook. Better yet, the HP support personnel are eager to help if you have a problem.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!

I purchased my first machine a week before Christmas 2016 and had to promptly return it back to BB due to the infamous "black screen" appearing and the machine not working. I received a new one. The second machine ran about 50 days before applications started freezing up requiring me to launch Task Manager to stop the applications. It then took a restart for the machine to begin working.
A technician was dispatched to replace the hard drive. Upon replacing the hard drive, the OS would not load onto the machine. At that point the machine was not functioning at all. The technician left and I was left dealing with HP for a resolution. I emailed and left messages for my "case manager" to no avail. HP over seas support could not contact my case manager for action, multiple requests to speak with a supervisor did nothing. It's now 5.30p EST on Friday 2/24/17 and I'm being told by Alex (supervisor) with HP support there is nothing he can do. Please do not purchase this computer.

This 2 in 1 is just right. Speed of start up and shutdown is only seconds. Keypad is great very response. Battery life is excellent with rapid recharge. It is a little heavy but to be expected for size.

Excellent laptop for the price. Really nice screen.
Only downside is the storage. After paying 1400 dollars you are only getting 256gb of storage. Thats the only concern I have. Apart from that its perfect.

Was looking at laptops and the BestBuy guy showed us this one. Love the backlit keyboard. Speed is great! Love being able to fold the keyboard back and use as a tablet.
