Super fast, great screen quality, super quick and light. All the things you want-downside is I do a lot of photography/video so have to carry a jump drive.

It is one of the lightest in its class without scarified the speed and power. SSD makes the laptop virtually silence when applications are loading.

Went in to Best Buy intent on Buying a replacement Laptop computer. After looking at what there was and talking to a very knowledgeable sales associate. He show us the advantages of the 2 in 1 computer over a straight laptop. We played with the floor model a little and decided that the HP- Spectre x 360 2 in 1 was they product to buy. This is by far the best laptop I have ever had. Zero problems out of the box. Performance is great with less than a minute boot time. The display output is beautiful, and the touchscreen is excellent. Much faster then my old toshibia lab too like the upgrade so far no issues nice screen and like that you can use it as a tablet as well

Negatives listed last. Here are the positives: 1. This laptop is FAST! If you have never had SSD, I HIGHLY recommend you dump the old HDD and go SSD. Boot from cold to desktop in less than 15 seconds! It’s magnificent. 2. The style is great and the keys are soft click so they don’t make a ton of noise when you type. 3. The laptop is also super thin and lightweight which I love. 4. As long as you take care of it by blowing it out 1-2x a month, the fans stay quiet and it doesn’t get that hot. 5. The battery is AMAZING! I’ve streamed 2 full feature films (4+ hours) on it from online without running out of battery. 6. Offers a tablet mode because you can flip the case outward for watching movies etc (this is cool!) All in all, I’m really pleased with my purchase, mostly. All that aside, here are the negatives: 1. Case scratches VERY easily. Invest in a skin immediately to prevent scratching. 2. There is NO CD drive/writer of any kind. I can’t even believe I didn’t notice this until after I purchased. This may not big a big deal to you but to me it is. I don’t use it a lot but what I find ironic is I have needed one more in the last 9 months since my purchase than I have in the last 2 years. 3. Comes preloaded with Windows 10...just blech. Again maybe not a big deal to you but I hate it. 4. Shows fingerprints/dirty state more (like anything stainless which is what this silver color reminds me of, only matte not shiny). Again, invest in a skin, you’ll be glad you did. 5. Keyboard sits back from edge of laptop just a little too far (the touchpad is quite large). Even 0.5” closer to the edge would make it more comfortable to type on which I do a lot of. 6. Often has difficulties finding/connecting to WiFi, requiring reboots. I’ve read about this laptop online and learned it can be a defect inside the unit. Invest in a warranty, they can fix it. That’s it, hope my review helps!

The representative at Best Buy was very knowledgeable regarding this product. The Geek Squad performed excellent installing the additional software I purchased and explained the functions of this laptop. So far the product has performed as described and is very fast loading browser and other app's. I am new to windows 10 so far every thing is working ok, Microsoft edge is pretty neat with bing for internet. I only had one issue with the computer, I can only assume a window 10 update installed and all my pictures and documents disappeared along with installed app's. The issue was resolved contacting the Geek Squad and bringing the computer back to best buy to have the technician examine the system. The geek technician explored the operating system and stated the loss of my items was due to the upgrade. The technician showed and stated that every thing was still on my computer. The upgrade did restore what I thought was lost. The technician stated this should not happen again. I did purchase a Three Year Geek Squad warranty I will use a black box to store all of my file since I only have a 256 gig of memory. Otherwise I would rate the computer with a 5 rating using from a 1 to 5 rating scale.

Light, powerful, elegant with a superb video capability, the Spectre X360 with a 15.6 4K screen meets my demanding daily requirements for immediate, precise Windows 10 and Windows Office 2016 computing. The advice, and tutorials from expert and friendly Best Buy Geek Squad members made replacing my old laptop a pleasant and positive experience.

This laptop is really fast and lightweight. Battery is good, but I don't think it'll last up to 8 hours as advertised.

My new HP Laptop is an outstanding replacement for my old laptop. It is light in weight and much faster than my last laptop.

I don't normally buy laptops, but when I do I make sure I get a good value with regard to actual components (I am a PC enthusiast and build at least 2 machines a year). Knowing what I know, the 15" spectre at ~1000 dollars is a GREAT VALUE! You get SSD storage 16G RAM an excellent display lightweight body and it looks beautiful. I gotta give it to HP on the packaging as well, anyone who appreciates apple's aesthetics will love HP's new direction. Definitely buy if under 1200!

I was in need of a laptop because my other one went South. I had read some on the ssd memory and was interested. I talked with a salesman and he was very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the 250 GB memory but he helped me with an external 1Tb hard drive. I believe this is the best of two worlds. It is screaming fast and my data is already stored away from the computer. It has an excellent feel.

Fast, efficient, great graphics, easy to switch screens or use double screens, touch screen and note taking. Highly recommend.

This laptop is super easy for anyone to use. Very fast, very light. I'm happy I took the leap to finally buy a new one.

I carry this laptop to my job with me and it's much lighter than my previous Windows 7 Dell I've had since 2010. It's much faster, too. It boots up in about 3 seconds. The monitor has a much higher resolution and the sound system is quite.

Have had the Spectre now for about two months and this thing fires on all cylinders. Fast on startup and fast on shutdown. I have 250mbs and even when going wireless at a lesser speed this thing is fast. The Spectre is light, thin and with Windows 10 no need to download drivers as it does everything automatically. Was concerned that it did not have a disc reader but so far no problem. Don't waste your time like I did by trying less expensive laptops, just go for it.
