Bought this computer for my daughter as an elementary school graduation present. I love al the features and she loves the touch screen. Great computer! It's fast and fun

It's good for its price - but with a 32 GB capacity, 25 GB is already taken up with just the basic apps. Add Microsoft Office and there goes more space. Most of my files are on OneDrive because it's the only place I can store them. I recommend this if you need a cheap computer but I would also want to have a flash drive handy.

This is a very cool computer, very portable, light weight, physically appealing, and inexpensive. It does the job required for school work. Very happy that they have the Windows Office already installed.

I needed a new laptop that was #1 light & easy to carry around bc I use it for both my jobs. I had seen this particular laptop several times and adter reading the reviews decided to get it. I love the cloud storage vs loading up my memory with stuff. The "App" usage is a little different and takes up what little memory there is on the hard drive. That may be more "User Error" since I am new to this style laptop and have to do a lot of learning. But overall I am pleased with it so far.

This laptop is well designed and has great features. It looks great, is lightweight, has nice screen resolution, and the touchscreen works well. This was purchased for my oldest son and works well for him for homework and web-surfing. I highly recommend this.

Excellent laptop for the price. Touchscreen makes up for the lack of optical drive in my opinion in terms of value. That's the only thing missing. And can just get a USB drive to fix that for like $40

This is my second computer. I never thought I'd find another one that I could be comfortable with, especially since everything now is touch and download EVERYTHING!!!! But the folks at Best Buy were VERY patient with me, and took the time I needed and found the perfect laptop for my needs and my limited budget! And it's even in my favorite color lol They made the whole process very enjoyable and if I ever need any other electronics I'll head to Best Buy!

My daughter loves this laptop. Slim and light weighted. She loves the touchscreen. Wish it had a cd-rom drive....but it works for my 12 year old just fine.

Got this for my dad for his birthday. Works great and very convenient. He loved the color! Liked it so much we got it for my brother for his birthday. perfect for a 13 yeard old and great price:)

The fact that this laptops at a resonable price and its also touchscreen with great resolution is amazing couldnt be anymore satisfied with my purchase especially for someone who just wants a simple sized laptop for college or anything on the go! :)

A very nice notebook overall. Build quality seems good, considering the economical price. Screen is clear and bright. A bit smaller screen would be more portable but not quite as viewable. Responsive for everyday uses. Not a super-fast device for memory-intensive graphical applications. Main issue is the limited storage space makes it hard to upgrade to Windows 10. Need to check into possible resolutions for that. Otherwise it's perfectly useable for daily tasks.

I needed a first laptop for my 9 year old daughter and this choice appears to be perfect. She likes the "cool" look and I like the price and functionality. So far it has been a great tool to introduce her to the Microsoft suite of tools, applications, and work method.

I bought this device as a replacement for a 10 inch Nokia windows tablet. Needed something with a bigger screen but still the portability and battery life of a tablet. This worked great! Windows did a great job of copying most of my settings and apps from one device to the other in flash. Also, love the fact that this is also a touchscreen device but is very responsive with the mouse as well. I actually use an external wireless USB mouse with no difficulty with it. Battery life is true to specs with continuous use. Very well worth the price paid and it was actually cheaper than my original tablet.

Great first time laptop for pre-teen. Love the option of touch screen too! Price was great and very compact.

I was happy to find the touch screen model at Best Buy, since it's out of stock at HP. With a Celeron processor and 2GB of RAM, this machine obviously can't support heavy multitasking or dozens of open browser tabs. But it's still much more capable than a Chromebook, and the SD card slot and USB ports make it easy to add more storage. Great little laptop for the price.

I bought this for my husband to play games on it. He carries it everywhere we go - recently to the Dominican Republic for a week and gambling on a weekend. He truly loves its' size and touch screen play. Sometimes I think he loves it more than me!

I was looking for the 11" but they were sold out so I ended up buying the 13". It's a perfect laptop for my needs. It does come with the Windows 10 upgrade. It took about a month to finally get it installed because I always got the message that there wasn't enough space to install. But after reading other reviews and removing a lot of junk that I was never going to use, II was able to get it installed. Great little laptop overall. I would recommend it.

I like this laptop. Its light and touch screen is an adding bonus. Its low on memory. I use a flash drive.
