I love this computer it does everything I need to do. the touchscreen is excellent and the price was amazing. I could not believe I was able to score a laptop under $300 and its touchscreen!

Multitasking is great on this device, literally only flaw is downloading updates, which is a windows error, hp made this affordable. And fast.

It does have problems installing Windows 10. I use it strictly for pdfs and emails, social media. It is lightweight and is very attractive, I did not like the fact that it came installed with adware and Mcafee which required Geek Squad to service it within 24 hours. It came infected right out the box, I had to wait for hours while the computer was cleaned of viruses,,

And good for surfing the web and light work. Not enought memory to do a lot at once but then it's a cheap touchscreen laptop. Set expectations appropriately. The touchscreen works beautifully.

Purchased this as a gift for a relative. I was a little hesitant to purchase because of the storage and memory; in addition to, the fact that it is an Intel Celeron processor. I would never purchase a Celeron processor for myself. However, the knowledgeable sales person showed me how this processor would actually work for the intended purpose, since the individual would basically only be browsing the internet. The fact that it is a touchscreen laptop and seemed to run without issue, sold me. Turns out, it has been a winner!!!

This laptop is a great everyday laptop . Great size and touchscreen too.

I was looking for a small but comfortable laptop for school. I initially went for a different brand but turned out to be something I did not want. After carefully looking through the laptops, I seen this one and immediately fell in love. Its easy to navigate, light to carry because I do travel with it. Color is a beautiful blue. It's great for me to advance my studies. Did I mention its touch screen as well, I definitely recommend this product =)

The HP Stream is lightweight and super portable. Seems to run everything fairly fast and has been problem free in the first two months that I have owned it. The touch-screen is very responsive and makes using Windows 8 much more pleasant.

brought for my wife to replace her old laptop. did not realize it was a touch screen until she told me when she found out by touching the screen one night. great buy for the money.

I bought this for my son, to use for school, and it's been a great computer for him. The computer is very light and compact. The touchscreen capabilities make it much like a tablet.

The computer was purchased for my daughter (10 years old) for school. She uses it primarily for Power Point and absolutely loves it. It is easy for her to navigate through. She also travels a lot and finds Its size and weight makes it easy to store and access during flight.

This thing was great for my purpose I only needed it to run 1 software so the hard drive space wasn't an issue. Touch screen is responsive the only issue I had is it feels like it could break any second doesn't feel to durable but that's also because it traveled a lot has been in and out doors. Better than just a netbook but not a regular laptop.

This laptop was purchased to simple task and to be able to travel around with. It's very effective for surfing the web and doing word processing. I was a little skeptical at first because of the processor but is actually not so bad. The touch screen makes great to use too!

I bought this computer for my granddaughter. She loves it. Touch screen is nice and we all love the beautiful color (blue). So far we are very satisfied with the HP Stream.

This laptop is fantastic for streaming music and videos, surfing the internet, sending emails, and creating documents with Office 365. If you are a gamer, this is not the laptop for you. If you need to store a large amount of files on your PC, this is not the laptop for you. You do have 3 USB slots and micro SD capability. I just personally prefer to upload all of my documents to Google drive, then remove them from my C drive. My laptop was preloaded with Windows 8, but I upgraded to 10 for free. Since space is an issue on the laptop, I highly recommend NOT downloading any applications until after you complete the Windows 10 install. Also, download the install to a 14GB(+) thumb drive from a separate PC and run the install from the external drive. I had a really tough time downloading and installing Windows 10 from my laptop by itself. To sum this laptop up: If you are a light PC user, I highly recommend this product. It is cost effective and functional. It's also aesthetically appealing and lightweight. I would definitely opt for the HP Stream 13 over a Chrome Book because you get the full functionality of Windows with a larger screen that is touch controlled.
