The purchase was made for my teenager to do school work during this pandemic. The computer was easy to set up and he has been able to keep up with work.

A little slow, battery life is not very long, but perfect for beginners.

The price was good. I bought it for simple streaming videos and checking emails while on travel. Was not expecting much, but it was very slow to just on start up. videos would take long to load and sometimes froze when watching. This is even when watching a video loaded locally on the laptop. going to keep it just for travel to check emails and some light work using Word and excel, but not much else.

For an open box its slow otherwise worth the money. Although in hindsight I would've sprung for a new but otherwise its nice.

This laptop is perfect for my 11 year old granddaughter. I got it for her as a Christmas present so she can complete her homework and play games with her cousins and friends online. She loves it and it works wonderfully for her needs, The only complaint I have is it was supposed to come with a virus protection when I purchased it on Black Friday and I never received it electronically as stated. Now I have to find a virus protection for her laptop.

This laptop is great for younger kids for their school work. It is not super fast, but it gets the job done. I purchased this for my 5-year old daughter to use for home school (Kindergarten). She specifically wanted a pink computer so when I came across this laptop in pink I decided to buy it. It has nice features for the price and the battery life is actually pretty good. She loves it and I would definitely recommend it.

If you don't need a powerful computer and you're only going to use it for web browsing or school work, it's perfect. I bought this at the beginning of quarantine to be able to work from home. It did a great job allowing me to login to work remotely. My kids have used it for their digital learning. It was a real bargain.

Purchased the laptop ONLY so my mother in law can use Zoom. We received it quickly and it is the perfect size screen. The color is beautiful. Once I fired it up, I found that Zoom was not an approved app. So I thought I will just stream Zoom from the internet brouser, however Edge is not a supported brouser for Zoom. When I tried to download Chrome, I could not unless I exited out of S Mode. So I exited S mode, then downloaded Chrome and Zoom. It has only been 2 days, but she has been able to Zoom so far with no problems.

Positive attribute: - low price - Can do web browsing, write documents, email. - Inner grain finish looks quality. - latest fast wifi standard supported. Check your connection, signal strength, or ISP if you're browsing slow. ** Please note: 64gb internal storage is enough for Windows continuous updates and apps. Ignore laptops with 32gb storage because Windows reserves up 16-21gb for system files, performance reasons, and updates. Negative Attribute: - Video chatting (i.e. Skype, WhatsApp) requires you buy external webcam because built-in webcam say 2004 tech(.3 mp = noisy picture ) Designers should have just left it out. Lenovo Tab 8($99) has 2megapixel front+ rear cams. -Drive is embedded in mainboard. And, it doesn't lacks SATA or M.2 slot (verified using online documentation ), so you can't swap it out. This means two things: 1. You have to setup an automatic backup. Use flash drive, external USB hard disk, or online storage(Google drive or MS OneDrive) 2. After 1yr warranty expires, if the PC storage fails, you will need to replace entire PC, or pay it's purchase price to fix it.

Light weight, 14" perfect size. Color options a plus! I bought 3, 1 blck, 1 pink & 1 dark blue. No confusion on sight of which one is which. The con is the Microsoft Operating system. Dictating what browser to use, etc. Once you get past that, with threats from Microsoft, you are reminded with every startup. HP has become brand I prefer for my professional and private computer needs.

For the price you cant beat it, however it is slower then I expected. I did not add any apps, in fact i removed ones I didnt need after I realized it was running slow. Has great features and the picture is really nice. I guess...i got what I paid for....ill just have to throw a couple bucks into it to make it faster

We bought this for a brand new school year to start at home. Just opened it a week ago, and the computer basically guides you to set it up by itself. Hooked a printer up in a snap and couldn’t be happier. It will totally serve its purpose and the price was RIGHT!

We have had no problem with the laptop so far. My 11 year old son loves it. It's just the right size and the screen is the perfect size. The price point was great as well compared to other laptops this size. Would definitely recommend and buy again for someone else.

It's a great light weight laptop and the features are pretty cool that come with it the only thing i don't like is that when you get it it's in S mode and if you switch out of it you can't go back. And when i bought it i got a free internet protector that i could never install cause my computer doesn't even have enough numbers for the serial number thats required

Slow but better than expected for the cost, great color!
