Easy to use needed it for work light weight would recommend

Overall it’s a good, simple laptop. It’s a good laptop for students because it’s one of the cheaper ones and it gets the job done. The only issue I have is with the loading times, sometimes it loads websites and programs very slowly.

I purchased this TV for my 5 year-old who was just starting Kindergarten online for the first couple of months. I immediately removed S mode so I could have access to Chrome because his school uses Google Classroom and Google apps work best together. I have not had any issues with the computer and it’s been great for what it was purchased for. Yes, it’s a little slower, but that’s to be expected at this price point. If you’re looking for a basic computer to with a webcam for younger kids doing online classes, this is perfect. If you need something for work, invest a little more for faster speed and more functionality.

This laptop was nice, but not at all what I needed. The Microsoft subscription was great to have, it was a nice size and color, lightweight in my opinion, and very nice to look at. However, the camera quality was one of the worse I've seen even with good lighting. Furthermore, the computer starts up slow and doesn't move fast at all even for simple tasks (clicking on settings, going to Microsoft, i.e. things that didn't require internet access). I purchased this for college and I have had to resell it because all of my classes are online and I have online timed quizzes and exams, this just really wasn't going to cut it. I think this would be a suitable laptop for a teen who's getting their first laptop.

I purchased this laptop solely to write school papers and Ive literally done just that on it and it is extremely slow. I like to listen to music while writing and the computer is not capable of doing both.

Really nice for school work, keyboard is please-able, wish it had a little more storage, camera quality is pretty well, really great for traveling and thin. Only problem is its a little slow and Netflix sometimes have errors even playing things.

Being a teacher I need to have zoom open and multiple programs and it wasn’t able to process that. I was glitchy and slow. If you need to do things like that definitely upgrade. As far as everything else goes Ir does the basics and I loved the color. The webcam was grainy and not sharp either though.

I recently purchased this laptop and overall it has been good to me. It is fast and reliable. Really just needed my computer for school.. This has everything I needed. Glad i get a yr free of office 365.

It works great with everything. The size is light and perfect for travel. I love that it has pretty much all needed features considering how affordable it was. The only downside is the slowness with the internet and it freezes a lot when starting but eventually stops. Enjoying it overall!

Purchased item online 6/11/20 and setup 7/3/20 because it was a bday gift for my son, and honestly it’s not bad at all for a 9yr old. I also have my own hp computer so I wouldn’t use this to take on my activity when I’m on because it lags a little at times but it’s something I noticed but isn’t were it’s that much of a problem, also I only installed Google chrome to the computer so I had to shut down S Mode in order to do so. The main thing I feel you should no is my son will probably be using this more for watching videos, also editing videos and playing games so I will be adding another 4gigs to it as well so that the lagging and potential problems I may have won’t exist for me at all.

I was looking for a cheap laptop that I could use to work from home. The computer itself gets the job done, however, i feel it is a little bit slow and has somewhat of a cheap feel to it. If you are looking for a very basic windows computer, then this will definitely do the job.

I have been using this laptop for a few months now and I really love it! The color, size and weight is perfect for me! It is easy to use and I have not found anything I don’t like about it yet!!

I am impressed. The color is beautiful. It has everything I needed. The price was also great. It is so easy to use and there is help in car you need it to get started. I got such a deal.

We bought this for our daughter who is 7 years old so she can do distance learning at home due to the situation going on currently. It’s a good laptop for the money and very easy to use.

Bought as a first computer for my son. I do like it a lot. However, there is the safe mode that is on it, which only allows you to download Microsoft approved apps only! No ZOOM and there were others we needed for school and could not download. You do have the option to take safe mode off. If you do, you cannot go back. So I’ve opted not to shut off the safe mode which restricts what we can do!!! Because of this I probably would not buy this model again. during class time our sound was choppy, my son basically missed class as he could not hear A THING. We could see. The teacher told us to log off and log back on. That didn’t work. Finally we connected with my chrome book , the sound was fine!! We kept both computers up after that, this is how I noticed the difference between the two. This was not a connection issue. If so, the sound would not have worked on my Chromebook, my I phone or Hp computer.

Bought this laptop for my 10 year old son and he uses it for online school and roblox. So far so good. He did complain about it running slow when he first got it but after he broke it in, it went faster.

I purchased for my mom, but have used it myself a couple of times. I find it's a bit slow compared to what I am used to. That being said for minimal use, just browsing, etc. it's good enough but if I had to use it for work then I would definitely not be happy.

I bought it mostly to download photos from my camera and do basic edits. It is a little slow for not having much on it. I wouldnt advise getting ot for games etc. It does what i need it to without issues.

Is a decent laptop. Screen size and speed. For the price it is a good laptop for browsing internet and basic use. Only issue is hard drive size. With it being in Windows S mode there isn’t a lot of free space for personal items. Does work quick and boots up easily.
