Just ordered my first laptop. And also ordered the wireless mouse that matches both are purple. Absolutely delighted with what I have received from Best Buy. The service was quick and easy. They actually delivered the mouse in person the very next day. So far the set up has been easy and smooth. I am having a problem with my mouse not connecting with the laptop but I'm sure I will figure it out. If your a beginner like my self .I would definitely suggest this particular model and brand. Can't go wrong.

I have enjoyed this laptop. The only thing I thought was misrepresented was the S-mode in Windows and trying to sell the 365 home product in Windows. It is Not compatible with S-mode Windows. So I had to take it to the local Best Buy to have it removed. Now it’s all good. I purchased it for online schooling and it’s compatible with everything, not to mention I have Sprint Premium and with that I’m able to stream movies from Hulu. The keys are somewhat big for me. It would be perfect for someone with bigger hands. The picture is good, and it talks to you. The sound is great! I would recommend this to a friend.

We bought this laptop for my daughter that is in middle school. It is a little bit slow, but it may possibly just be our WiFi. Not sure. Otherwise it’s a great deal.

This was purchased to replace a laptop as a gift. This laptop has been super and exactly what my daughter wanted. Great size and she loves the blue color.

I do like the new laptop for the price it was great but if I had my choice I think I would go a little bigger. It was quick to set up and easy to use. Basically I'm happy with it. It does what I need.

Nice laptop compact and at a very affordable price. Not a big power house but it’s easy to grab and go and works well for going online and using office 365 which came with 1 year subscription

Works fine, mostly used for surfing and the occasional word processing. Smallish screen, wishing I had bought a bigger one. Seems a little prone to unexplained slowdowns sometimes.

I bought this laptop for my dad since he started a small business. He likes the size of it and the convenience of transporting it.

Fast computer for the price. The absence of a HDD is definitely a plus even though it only comes with 64gb onboard storage. SD Cards are cheap so just get another 64gb for less than $20

This chromebook was a gift for my niece. We bought it on black Friday. It works great for her needs (movies, school work, and social media). It was very easy to set up and start using.

For the price of this laptop it works great for my 10 year old. Just runs a little slow but nothing that matters to a kid.

Great laptop, bought a new one to start my nursing program. Fast, runs great, and comes with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and everything, great for price for college student!

This laptop has such great features. The display size is perfect, the hp stream laptop has a lot to offer. Overall it is a good especially for school. I’m taking online classes for criminal justice and I could t ask for a better laptop. However, working from home using this laptop is a bit on the sketchy side because it doesn’t meet the storage requirements. Other than that I would recommend this laptop to snag student.

I honestly do like this laptop. It has more features than expected for an entry level laptop but it is a little slow.

Because it has 64GB eMMC flash memory Windows 10 updates will not bog it down. Any computer with only 32GB eMMC flash memory cannot handle large Window 10 updates. This model is not a speedball, however it is a solid performer and because of its light weight and 14 inch screen is a joy to take on trips. Good for emails and surfing the Internet.
