I like the laptop over all however since I got it home, every few hours it would disconnect for the home WiFi. It’s a little over a month now and it won’t stay connected to the WiFi for more than 10 minutes. I purchased this for school and work, it’s extremely frustrating.

I got this for the kids to be able to use for homework, something inexpensive. It has been ok but kids complain it doesn't work fast enough for them

My son loves this chrome book. Very slim and way to transport. Would highly recommend this for any age.

I have issues with internet connection at first but that has resolved itself. This is a simple, light laptop that gets the job done for my use.

As one would expect this is far from a bleeding edge and highest quality laptop. However, this chipset should just be retired already! And the display is about as good as a beat up ATM screen. Not at all bright and a horrible viewing angle off center. Everything take ages to process and don’t pick it up with one hand it might bend in half under its own weight surrounded by the cheap flimsy plastic shell. I had hoped for better performance with 4 GB ram and flash HDD storage which should have gone a long way to compensate for the low end CPU specs. If you are able to afford it spend the extra $200 and get 10x the computer for twice the money. And if this is all you can afford and you must have an hp then I’m sure it will function albeit slowly, especially loading java and flash and other programs. Once open and loaded particularly on web based interfaces it seems to improve to satisfactory but don’t try to do much multi tasking.

My daughter was super excited that she got this laptop and she was also happy that I was able to get it in her favorite color!!!!

Not wanting to spend a lot of money on a spare laptop. This one fit the bill. Not overly fast or a lot of storage, but it does the job.

Good laptop for checking mail and web browsing. It is a little slow to load a webpage sometimes. It works well for what I intended to use it for and you can't beat the price.

The WiFi will not stay connected to your network. I tried multiple times resetting the device and my network to no luck. Went over parents to use their WiFi and it only connects for a minute or two before going offline. Purchased one of these about 3 years ago and it never had this problem wish I could just fix that one

Actually we haven’t opened it yet. We got it to use with a Cricut Maker. We got it at a great price.

Bought the computer for my daughter starting community college. It works great for her and we bought an external flash drive to add more memory.
