Great product so far, bought it for my kids and they loved it

The laptop is really good it got good performance but the fans get dusty quick, just gotta clean every month

This was probably one of my greatest purchases at Best buy. It has a great price ratio to it’s impeccable performance. 144 hz is crisp on a large screen, and 8gb of memory is plenty for any task. And it’s storage will impress you. It will hold all of your games and keep you satisfied. We found this gaming laptop, and there were none in the stack of other computers. James from Windows section went out for 30 minutes searching for my computer. He didn’t have any luck. And after helping us with other problems he then helped us with finding my computer at the warehouse section. This was great customer service. Would recommend this computer.

This laptop is amazing for starters and it has great performance and the refresh rate it's the best too

3 star because got blue error screen on first boot up, but once up and running, it’s works great! Good pc for the price.

Great laptop , multi tasking , gaming but more demanding games will require , more ram than 8gb. I would recommend upgrading it if you plan on playing the latest titles.

This is a standard model, the laptop offer a decent amount of processing power for light games and certainly a beast for regular streaming, however i would recommend looking into how to upgrade your ram if you plan to do any serious gaming. Be aware this model only has one nvme slot which is filled by the main storage and boot media so you'd need to copy it to a new device if you ever want to upgrade storage capacity. All in all for the price it's certainly not a bad buy and the size is perfect for most use cases.

Love it it’s actually worth it. And also, I love the fact that even it’s no Apple laptop. You can have access to your cloud.

Less than 2 yrs old and my battery is gone. I thought it was the cord initially, but the battery no longer holds a charge. Once I unplug it, it goes dark.

Functional laptop for gaming and every day use. It was easy to setup. Programs install fast. Gaming is fast, graphics pop.

Ran well for about 8 months, replaced the motherboard with the warranty just for it to burn completely through the second time after the warranty was up. Moving onto something more reliable.

Beautiful, excellent laptop with one fatal flaw; key ghosting. You can't press 3 keys at once, especially not of the third on is the D key. You'd think a gaming laptop could register multiple keys at once smh

Bought this ho victus feb 25 its now june 12 it dies hard start ups black screen no help from best buy or hp

Ordered laptop on a sale. Best buy canceled my order do to there incompetence. Sale ended and they are unwilling to honor sale price i originally bought it for. Horrible customer service.
