This laptop has been nothing but trouble for me. The trackpad is complete garbage. The laptop is very slow and the battery life is not good. If you are looking for a laptop stay far away from this one.

PAID FOR MEMBERSHIP TO RECIEVE PACKAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASING ONLY FOR IT TO BE DELAYED AND DELAYED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND WHEN I CALLED TO COMFIRM WHERE IT WAS I JUST GO AND I DONT KNOW WILL NOT BE ORDERING DELIVERY AGAIN.

Before I ordered, asked online on the chat about a price match and to place the full price order and I'd be refunded the difference after. Agent disconnected right after I placed the order. Connect again, provided the link and was told the price match "request" went through and that I'd get a refund in 7-10 days. Shortly after receive an email from customercare saying the price match was denied because it was a different model, sent a pic with a screenshot of both pages with the exact model number and color, no response. Go to return the order and website encourages me to price match, told the same thing that the request went through and I'd be refunded in 7-10 days. No further response. They won't price match online, maybe it's better to only do this in the store or just go to the cheaper place and buy it there. Nostalgia of shopping at best buy isn't worth a 3 day hassle trying to get a price match. Indifferent to the laptop as I didn't take it out the package. Returned.

Got this product it was fine but the 8GB and the ddr4 ram is not up today's standards. It couldnt even run coconut simulator without having issues.

8gb of ram is too little for this kind of laptop, I added 8gb extra, in total 16gb and it runs great.

It’s a good laptop but not for gaming. This laptop will run games horribly. I can’t play any game above 30 fps. Only game it will run is Minecraft.

Not so good it stopped working the very next month after purchasing

I bought this laptop for gift to my nephew. Laptop stopped showing display after 2 months of very light use. Best Buy agent did not accept for return since outside return period of 30 days and it went for repair through Geek Squad/HP and found motherboard and RAM was not working. Wasted money and time. Not sure if it will stop working again!!

We had two of them and they didn't last too long, just average

It automatically went to syncing my other devices and I didn't want that so had to reboot it and now I cannot get Microsoft Office back.

Not a bad laptop but for gaming? Nope get yourself something a bit faster

Runs very hot. Video card does like to play nice - even at lower game settings. This is supposed to be a 'gaming' laptop. I was not expecting much but was still disappointed. Spend more and do better. I do not recommend unless you just want to play solitaire.

best buy has to be the worst customer service there is on this planet. this is a good laptop but buy it somewhere else. best buy will not honor any of their guarantees.
