I buy this Item on Dic 12th for my son for a Chtistmass gift. The Fedex company just decide to lost my package and I had to wait 3 weeks for get my money back. The seller work diligent for solve this problem.

Runs a little slow. Not as fast as I thought. Only have 3 apps download. For $900 not bad as a starter gaming laptop. If you want something with quick speed spend more money.

Gets the job done; however the touchpad is very sensitive and can stick.

Less than a year and the hinge is cracking. Also bad battery life. Also huge plug to wall.

This was the slowest computer ever. My 2012 MacBook is faster than this, I ended up returning it and they were very helpful with that process.

The battery doesn't last long and the processor is slow, I thought the core i5 and video card would be fast but I found it slow.

Was working well, but there is short circuit in keyboard. Typing Q is shutting down the laptopn

My work gets done but when playing games it’s absolutely horrible, games barely get to 50 fps wouldn’t recommend if you want to have this as a first starter in gaming

I had my laptop for 3 months before it shut off and wouldnt turn back on. The power and charging light was just blinking. It was sent to bestbuy service where they were unable to fix my laptop. Now theyre offering me an exchange, hopefully the next one wont break on me.

Delayed my order twice and then ended up canceling my order entirely, now im a month into college and still no laptop. Fml dont buy stuff here

The laptop is really bad, First the laptop is really slow, second is the laptop's mother board gone in only in a year. I really cant blv that.

It costs more than a ps5 and is far weaker than the ps5. Can barely get 40fps in NEW VEGAS. Thats wild. That game came out in like 2010. Sound is meh. Keyboard is really nice, screen is nice. Its a very weak system, do not purchase this for full price.

Bought a Certified Geek squad Open Box like new as a present. Arrived, everything looked great, the box wasn't damaged or anything. When the recipient went to turn it on after their birthday party, the screen was shattered (no visible damage to the outside or inside the device.)
