My laptop when arrived had the screen glitching and i try to fix it by installing new drivers and didnt work

Not really like this item because delivery was so long around one month

Open box, wasn’t clean, scratched and was supposed to be in excellent condition.

This laptop has been working fine for me i play warzone forza sparking zero and more. You will need more ram for this laptop though so why you are in store grab a 16gb of ram and this laptop will run perfect for almost any game! Battery life isnt the best but it will get you through around 2 to 3 hours of gaming depending on what game it is.

A value for money laptop. Not too big, not heavy and with really good performance on games.

This is a standard model, the laptop offer a decent amount of processing power for light games and certainly a beast for regular streaming, however i would recommend looking into how to upgrade your ram if you plan to do any serious gaming. Be aware this model only has one nvme slot which is filled by the main storage and boot media so you'd need to copy it to a new device if you ever want to upgrade storage capacity. All in all for the price it's certainly not a bad buy and the size is perfect for most use cases.

Got this for my wife, she really enjoys it. It's easy type on, has a huge mouse pad and runs very quickly. She ran some games for a while and it does get a bit loud when using it, but the fans dona good job keeping it cool. Would definitely recommend for the sales price we paid for it.

This was probably one of my greatest purchases at Best buy. It has a great price ratio to it’s impeccable performance. 144 hz is crisp on a large screen, and 8gb of memory is plenty for any task. And it’s storage will impress you. It will hold all of your games and keep you satisfied. We found this gaming laptop, and there were none in the stack of other computers. James from Windows section went out for 30 minutes searching for my computer. He didn’t have any luck. And after helping us with other problems he then helped us with finding my computer at the warehouse section. This was great customer service. Would recommend this computer.

It works wonderfully, the sober design is charming, made of good material and as for the hardware it is crazy, it runs heavy programs and loads them easily, plus when playing it leaves nothing to be desired.

This laptop is very powerful and efficient for work. It's totally worth it.

the only problem is that out of the box, the mouse pad is not working. Currently trying software updates to fix it.

The laptop is really good it got good performance but the fans get dusty quick, just gotta clean every month

This laptop is amazing for starters and it has great performance and the refresh rate it's the best too

Great laptop , multi tasking , gaming but more demanding games will require , more ram than 8gb. I would recommend upgrading it if you plan on playing the latest titles.
