Computer has few days of use, did have delay in setting up. Due to this it ran 2 days past the return date. So 62 days from purchase date, and less than 6 hours of of actual use , should be able to verify through all the software activation dates I would guess. Or buy my calling into Best Buy cust service and being told I would have to bring computer to store and pay to have checked because I did not purchase the extended warrenty. This call happened about three weeks after purchase date?? Error given when trying to activate 365 and other software purchase was that code supplied had already been activated.
Call Microsoft, they attempted to activate and same message. Was ask to hold while they looked at issue, came back in about 10 min and they said try it and it worked. Great Job Microsoft.
So use computer a few times went out of town for month, up on return computer will not power up no light total dead.
Took to Monroe Louisiana Best Buy store and was told as above per store manager direction to the geek squad rep assisting me. Ask for manager to come talk with me and was told not on-site at the time were communicating via phone.
Was given Best Buy Geek Squad Regional Manger located in Shreveport Louisiana email address and emailed multiple times with no response. Call cust service and explained situation and was told store manager would contact me by end of day with resolution. And not a word from anyone.
Made another 1 1/2 drive to Monroe and still unable to get manager of location to speak with me.
Geek Team apologized and said the would take computer in back and open it up and see what they could do. Came back after about an hour and said they tried all they can and not able to power up.
I ask and was give the Monroe Store General Manager email. Multiple emails and no response.
I did not mention any of these folks names that I have emailed. I still have a non-working computer. Hopefully someone with-in Best Buy will review this and provide assistance. I’m happy to forward you all the email and provide names of this whole experience. All I’m asking is this situation be reviewed. records pulled up, IP address and activation info reviewed , phone call log and recording review. I have purchased from Best Buy for years and never been treated in this manner.

I've only had the computer for a few weeks and I have had no issues with it. It didn't even come with any damages. I'm looking forward to completing all my business needs.

This is my first official laptop of my own so I was pretty iffy about purchasing a refurbished one, but so far so good. It's getting the work done for me and I'm loving it!
