Q: Was this laptop refurbished by HP or by Geek Squad? What is the warranty?
A: I bought one of these last month and it was refurbished by a company named Joy Systems. The packaging states they're a certified Microsoft refurbishing company. It was very clean and sealed in shrink wrap. The power adapter was made by a company called RoHS. It states "Replacement AC Adapter".
Q: Is the operating system updated or the other configuration
A: Mine is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version. It cannot be updated to Windows 11 but I bought it because I wanted Windows 10. Great laptop!
