• Mine is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version. It cannot be updated to Windows 11 but I bought it because I wanted Windows 10. Great laptop!

• Intel supports an upgrade to Windows 11 on computers that have at least an 8th Generation intel core processor. Because this computer has a 6th generation, updating to Windows 11 is not supported. But you'll be able to download any Windows 10 updates that the computer needs.
